Her name is Zaya, she made me feel so comfortable since the minute she introduced herself. Her charisma and vibe was out of this world. She makes sure that you are comfortable. Which is so important being that I get a Brazilian... I love that she makes sure to explain everything she is going before she does it. She's so knowledgeable about the products which btw I think I have the entire collection because she has me hooked on them. Plus the best part of it all is that their actually really amazing products and the results show but consistency is key to get the results. I have recommended several family members and there was only an instance that one of my family members was scheduled with Zaya but she had left early for personal reasons. We were attended by another waxer but nothing compared to the experience Zaya provides. I understand that Tatiana is the proprietor but she should not allow her staff to walk in during appointments to ask questions and gather supplies. She said I had an infection on my skin because of pimple patches (it was just three mini pimples on the lower side of my face) and she proceeds to SPRAY salicylic acid on the area and ended up spraying on my chin where I had nothing wrong at, when she sprayed I literally SAW STARS but I stayed quiet because I assumed it was part of the procedure, when I got up my face was red and irritated but I thought it was because of the extractions, the next morning I notice my skin BURNT on my chin and where I used to have the three pimples, she told me to apply cortisone which I'm glad I went to a pharmacist about because they said that would only irritate the area more. In conclusion, do NOT come here they do not truly care about your skin and your best results they assume your skin is going to endure what they use on everybody else and don't truly realize people with sensitive skin exist. I only got my refund because I asked for it, if I wouldn't have asked for it I doubt they would've offered, won't be returning.

I've been going to this spot for over a year and I have been so satisfied with the amazing attention to detail Amberys has for brows at such an affordable price. She keeps your natural shape but honestly does the best job on brows I have ever experienced. I went yesterday for the first time since the pandemic allowed for salons to reopen and I was so impressed. What has changed: * you must make and pre pay for your appointment in advance * no one but you and amnerys are in the salon at a time and she lets you in, opens the door and has no other clients or staff inside while you're there. * you must wear a mask.
