The 1st one was TNHHS Team Nurses Home Health Services, Inc. They gave me the runaround on the phone all day Monday & Tuesday no one ever called me to schedule my wound care or PT. By end of day on Tuesday I called my primary doctor office to get a new referral for home support. Wednesday morning I called the new referral authorization they said they did not have the authorization yet even though I gave them the number. I destiny home health.com/ waited 5 hours & called back still they had not received authorization. I call my medical center back ask them to fax it to Destiny home, I waited 20 minutes & called them back to see if the received the authorization and believe it or she then told me they don't have staff to cover & was rerouting my authorization back to my pro. All these purr fits are so unprofessional unbelievable. Not even my dr will reach out to to assist. SAD PART IS IM AFRAID OF NOT PROPERLY HEALING BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT PT EXERCISES I NEED TO START ON MYSELF. BECAUSE I WAS TOLD BY THELMA OFFICE MANAGER THAT IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 2 WEEK TO GET A NEW APPROVAL.

After approval from my Health care provider, I…read morewas finally able to see Dr. Jain for venous stasis treatment, only to be told after months of waiting that I had missed my appointment by an hour, (they never called the day before to confirm the appointment as a courtesy) and I was unable to see her for 3 weeks! In the meantime, my condition worsened, but was unable to do anything about it. (thank you Anthem BS & Pinnacle medical group!) I made darned sure that I was at the appointment time an hour early after that, only to make good friends out of other disgruntled patients. Everyone in the waiting room looks in pain & there is not enough seating for everyone, so the rest have to wait outside. Cynthia the receptionist has the worst attitude I've ever dealt with. Rude and unacceptable treatment on and off the phone. I finally had it today, as I had needed approval for additional treatments, but after more than a week, nothing had been done, other than I had to be the first patient in and was still going to have to wait for an approval, knowing full well, the Dr. wouldn't be in for some time much later & I would be bumped for someone else's follow up appointment. I walked out! I'm better off treating myself. I cannot really tell you the exact hours of this facility. Although the hours are posted from 8:30 to ?. The doctor is rarely ever there before 9:45, or never shows because of some emergency surgery. AND, as far as I am aware, she is never there after 12:30 pm. Oh, and she only sees patients on Tuesdays and Friday's.

She felt the same lump that many other doctors had felt previously and she was the first doctor to insist that it be removed immediately, instead of just monitored. She was very professional, honest and reassuring. She was correct in that it was malignant (the other doctors said it was inconclusive) and made an appointment to remove it right away. Her office staff, Adriana and Esther were very professional and extremely helpful in coordinating all of the necessary insurance paperwork and scheduling. I am forever grateful to Dr. Jain and her staff for working so quickly to have the malignant lump removed and possibly saving my life.

When Dr. Donaldson entered, he didn't speak or introduce himself. Instead, he reached out and attempted to disconnect the urgent call I was wrapping up. Rather than continuing with the appointment--one I had been waiting over six months for--he left without seeing me. Junge, Dr. Donaldson's found this to be exceedingly entertaining, or that is what I assumed by his smile and laughter. ***Edited to add:*** Against my better judgment, I allowed Junge to participate in my care today with Dr. Donaldson, despite explicitly informing him beforehand that I do not participate in any educational activities involving bringing others into the session. Junge either lacked awareness or disregarded my boundaries, which is concerning given his stated pursuit of a fellowship following clinical practice--yet he showed no regard for the importance of cultural sensitivity or patient autonomy. His conduct throughout the interaction was unprofessional, characterized by condescension, dismissiveness, and language that suggests underlying racial bias. His behavior was less respectful than expected from a healthcare provider and reflected prejudice rooted in preconceived notions rather than clinical judgment. Notably, Junge labeled me as "combative" based on subjective impressions, revealing a reliance on stereotypes and a failure to understand or respect my concerns. This unprofessional assessment unduly influenced the supervising physician, who accepted these biased characterizations without scrutiny, thus perpetuating unjust and unequal treatment. Additionally, Junge blatantly ignored my clear statement that I did not want to participate in any educational efforts by bringing others into the appointment, demonstrating a lack of respect for my autonomy and boundaries. Such behavior highlights a problematic attitude toward patient rights and diversity. To address these serious issues, Junge would benefit immensely from targeted implicit bias training and cultural competency courses designed to improve interactions with patients of diverse backgrounds. These interventions are crucial to fostering equitable, respectful, and culturally sensitive healthcare practices, and to preventing future instances of discriminatory behavior.

I often hang up in disgust. While waiting to have surgery on my leg, I noticed the floor was dirty. So they've got all this equipment that is sterile, but there is dirt, like pieces that come off one-use surgical equipment, on the floor. When I mentioned this to the ultrasound tech, she said that the floor is never mopped between surgeries. 2. I had my gall bladder removed by a Dr. Tran. This was because I had some gall stones and was told that once the gall bladder makes some, it will make more, so the only solution was to remove the gall bladder. But after the surgery, I continued to have problems. I wound up staying at Corona Regional 3 days. Why? Dr. Tran left the gall stones behind after the operation. This gave me pancreatitis and elevated liver enzyme levels. When I tried to discuss this with Lisa, the manager, she wouldn't return my calls. I finally went to Mission Surgical and waited until someone could point her out and that she was free. I showed her the hospital work. In the end, all she would say was that, under those circumstances patients were referred to some other specialist to remove the stones! No way would they take responsibility for bad surgical technique. The only reason I went back to Mission Surgical is that my podiatrist insisted one of their surgeons is excellent. I recommend you avoid Mission Surgical unless you know your surgeon is trustworthy because its a bit of a crapshoot and management sucks.
