He used data from his past sales of similar homes in the area I was buying but adjusted for individual differences between the comparable houses and looked at the trends in the market prices to help suggest bid amounts. He recommended an amount and won with a bid lower than I was willing to pay. He was always responsive too and able to put offers together very quickly with support from his team. It was as if they didn't realize we are in a pandemic. They couldn't even manage a prescreening questionnaire properly....they would have just let anyone in if they thought they could get a sale. They even proposed an open house during these times which is not allowed. I had to demand that there be only two showings a day. during the week. They tried to bully us into having more. Told us they would come into the house with their own key in a hidden lockbox! Steer clear of these clowns!
