We had an offer as our place was being listed. It was a bit on the low side, but our agent, Tim Findlay, successfully negotiated the offer up another $13,000+ and that made a bad offer an attractive one. When it comes to marketing a home, this company is light years beyond other real estate brokers. And definitely ask for Tim!

I never felt pressured to buy and in fact she'd sometimes suggest that there was something else out there for us that would meet more of our needs and wants. Maha went far above and beyond what is the normal role of a real estate agent and made us feel like family. She's always available by phone or email, quick to respond to any questions you have and follows up asap when she doesn't have the answer herself. I couldn't be more pleased with the house we purchased and the first-rate service we received as clients of Paul Rushford and Maha Shahbazian.

He has provided us with insight and assistance over the last 5+ years, but more recently he was patient and attentive with our most recent purchase. He showed us many homes and when it came to buying "the one" we never felt out of our depths or uncertain of next steps. He had an answer for every question and a recommendation for every trade (home inspection, HVAC, electrician, plumbing, etc). I would highly recommend him to anyone who asks for a realtor; his focus is to help his clients find and buy the home they love, and we were able to do just that. Thank you Craig!!

From the get go, they were accommodating, professional, and they patiently answered our questions and provided information we did not even think about asking regarding what to check and look out for when buying a house for each house we visited. Amazingly, Anthony was able to secure a deal for the house we wanted on the second day it was posted online for sale. It was below the asking price as well! So thank you to Anthony, Tania, and the rest of your team for your hard work. They've earned our trust and we have not hesitated to recommend this team to our friends and co-workers who are interested in buying/selling properties.

He used data from his past sales of similar homes in the area I was buying but adjusted for individual differences between the comparable houses and looked at the trends in the market prices to help suggest bid amounts. He recommended an amount and won with a bid lower than I was willing to pay. He was always responsive too and able to put offers together very quickly with support from his team. As a listing agent, he was supported by a top notch team. The photography team produced a top notch Matterport 3D model of my home as well as a beautiful video and fantastic photos. He also hooked me up with a stager, home inspector, stager, mortgage broker, mover and lawyer. The listing looked very professional and attracted the right buyer even though the market was cooling off when it was time to sell. When an offer came in for my house Ahmad successfully negotiated a higher offer at the upper end of market value. Ahmad has earned my trust.
