After UPS almost lost my…read morevery important package and redirecting it for a million times all over Paris, as my last-ditch effort I emailed Lungta at the last minute and Sabah replied to my request immediately (speaks perfect English which is a huge plus for those who don't speak French!!). She promptly called the local UPS office for me to locate the whereabouts of my package BEFORE even charging me anything, she just did it as a favor because I was in distress. Every other courier service I contacted couldn't bother to pick up the phone and call UPS and try to sort this out for me. LONG story short, within 24 hours Lungta contacted UPS, managed to track it down after the package was once again re-directed (!!!) to the suburbs of Paris. They got my package and delivered it to my recipient by 10am Paris time all due to hours of quick, hard work. I really never leave reviews but the HONEST hard work by Lungta has impressed me so much to do so. Of course it didn't come cheap at the end of their service but you really get what you pay for which is a trustworthy partner when you're half way across the world. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone who's in need of courier service in the greater Paris area. MERCI LUNGTA & Sabah !!!

I have never received such catered, attentive and direct care as I have today with Lungta. Right when I needed it the most, they were always supportive. Jasmin and Sabah are a credit to themselves and to the company. I found out through speaking with them that they are related, which explains the excellent communication and quality service! They went completely out of their way to help me--staying past closing time, carefully translating everything into English, and making sure my package was sent without any issues. Their kindness, patience, and dedication genuinely moved me. I've traveled quite a bit, and I can honestly say this was some of the best customer service I've ever received. An attempt was made on Tuesday--four days late--but the DHL driver could not get the crated paintings off his truck to complete the delivery. He left without delivering, said we refused delivery, and we've seen nothing since. I'm ready to call the police. I'll certainly never use these clowns again.

Des proches nous ont envoyé deux colis depuis la Russie jusqu'en Andorre, contenant des vêtements et des cadeaux pour notre fille nouveau-née. Ces colis étaient très importants pour notre famille -- préparés avec amour par les grands-mères pour leur première petite-fille. Au final, les deux colis sont restés bloqués en transit en France pendant trois semaines. Nous avons tenté par tous les moyens de comprendre ce qu'il se passait : messages au service client, appels, réseaux sociaux. Soit nous ne recevions aucune réponse, soit le chat était fermé immédiatement après une réponse automatique, sans aucune volonté d'aide. Le service téléphonique était lui aussi injoignable. Une seule fois, nous avons réussi à parler à quelqu'un, qui nous a assuré que les colis arriveraient bientôt. Une semaine plus tard, nous avons découvert que Chronopost avait renvoyé les colis à l'expéditeur, en indiquant faussement que nous avions refusé la livraison, ce qui est totalement absurde. Dans le chat, on nous a ensuite dit que "les colis en provenance de Russie ne sont pas acceptés". Nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises sur quelle base cette décision était prise, mais nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse claire. Cela donne malheureusement l'impression que cela a été fait sur des critères purement discriminatoires. Résultat : nous n'avons jamais reçu les colis, notre famille est profondément déçue, et les grands-mères en larmes -- elles voulaient tellement offrir ces cadeaux à leur petite-fille. Chronopost a montré une incompétence totale, un manque d'humanité et un mépris flagrant de ses clients. Un service lamentable, une attitude inacceptable. Nous n'utiliserons plus jamais Chronopost, et nous conseillons vivement à tout le monde de l'éviter à tout prix.

I've now got to drive 50km to pick it up from a drop off location and I still haven't received my code. The fact that my parcel contains a couple of iPhones worth €1000 has nothing to do with it I suppose!! I videoed the driver putting my parcel back in his van, just to be on the safe side.....
