After UPS almost lost my…read morevery important package and redirecting it for a million times all over Paris, as my last-ditch effort I emailed Lungta at the last minute and Sabah replied to my request immediately (speaks perfect English which is a huge plus for those who don't speak French!!). She promptly called the local UPS office for me to locate the whereabouts of my package BEFORE even charging me anything, she just did it as a favor because I was in distress. Every other courier service I contacted couldn't bother to pick up the phone and call UPS and try to sort this out for me. LONG story short, within 24 hours Lungta contacted UPS, managed to track it down after the package was once again re-directed (!!!) to the suburbs of Paris. They got my package and delivered it to my recipient by 10am Paris time all due to hours of quick, hard work. I really never leave reviews but the HONEST hard work by Lungta has impressed me so much to do so. Of course it didn't come cheap at the end of their service but you really get what you pay for which is a trustworthy partner when you're half way across the world. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone who's in need of courier service in the greater Paris area. MERCI LUNGTA & Sabah !!!

I have never received such catered, attentive and direct care as I have today with Lungta. Right when I needed it the most, they were always supportive. Jasmin and Sabah are a credit to themselves and to the company. I found out through speaking with them that they are related, which explains the excellent communication and quality service! They went completely out of their way to help me--staying past closing time, carefully translating everything into English, and making sure my package was sent without any issues. An attempt was made on Tuesday--four days late--but the DHL driver could not get the crated paintings off his truck to complete the delivery. I hate to inform anyone if you want an all-time performance you might as well either go get the item yourself or have it delivered yourself an appropriate time. OK they do promise a certain timeframe but the way I see it even here in the United States FedEx UPS doesn't matter sometimes they might be late also that's why you plan ahead at least a day if you want something on time. Not last-minute. First occupancy set the first letter to La Poste and no it doesn't arrive. She sent out a second one this time using Chronopost from a neighboring bigger town. I was able to track it all way to United States. But we do not have this company here, I called the company the operators were very nice even with my broken French. They were able to tell me the company that takes over here in the United States and give me a new tracking number from that company. Yes I will be able to get my package today because the company says it's arrival time this morning. I got to say is lesson learn for the people who expect something to be on time, plan ahead next time don't be a last-minute Louis. by the way even if my letter is mangled I will not mind because as long as I receive it. Their customer service is awful since I kept getting WhatsApp calls about the delivery that did not track in any way to the company. They apparently delivered it to somebody random in the Netherlands. And now I don't expect to ever see any reimbursement for all of my items. If I could give them a negative 10 I would. don't use them
