BEST BEST BEST!!! 10/10 TOP TIER! After UPS almost lost my very important package and redirecting it for a million times all over Paris, as my last-ditch effort I emailed Lungta at the last minute and Sabah replied to my request immediately (speaks perfect English which is a huge plus for those who don't speak French!!). She promptly called the local UPS office for me to locate the whereabouts of my package BEFORE even charging me anything, she just did it as a favor because I was in distress. Every other courier service I contacted couldn't bother to pick up the phone and call UPS and try to sort this out for me. LONG story short, within 24 hours Lungta contacted UPS, managed to track it down after the package was once again re-directed (!!!) to the suburbs of Paris. They got my package and delivered it to my recipient by 10am Paris time all due to hours of quick, hard work. I really never leave reviews but the HONEST hard work by Lungta has impressed me so much to do so. Of course it didn't come cheap at the end of their service but you really get what you pay for which is a trustworthy partner when you're half way across the world. I always feel you get the true test of a person's character when you see how much they are willing to do for others when they have no need to. It's not a long glittering career (so far), but I have worked in logistics for 2 years and I speak with hundreds of suppliers and partners a week. I have never received such catered, attentive and direct care as I have today with Lungta. Right when I needed it the most, they were always supportive. Jasmin and Sabah are a credit to themselves and to the company. I found out through speaking with them that they are related, which explains the excellent communication and quality service! (Maybe Jasmin was trying to be as good as possible for some extra pocket money? ;) ) All jokes aside, if you do not go through these guys then you are missing out on the quality service you deserve as a paying customer. 5 stars. I would trust this company to deliver excellent service after my experience with them. If it was not for Sabah, I would have made my situation worse. Long story short, I live in Atlanta and had put my Mom on a plane to Paris the night before. She forgot her Meds and the fastest way to get them to her was to use Delta's Dash Service and get them on the plane that night and then get a courrier to get them to her Hotel. I found Lungta on Yelp and they had good reviews so I called them. Sabah speaks perfect English, to my relief, and was honest enough to get across to me that there may be hurdles that I was unaware of while shipping Medicines overseas. If I could get over these hurdles, she would be happy to send someone out to Delta Air Cargo and then on to Mom's hotel and the fee seemed reasonable for what I was asking. Boy was she right...it's next to impossible when faced with a time restriction. She could have just let me ship them and then charged me something when the medicines were not available for pick but she didn't. If I ever need to do anything like this again I will call them!
