The website was VERY user friendly (English optional) and they updated me with emails and texts every step of the way. Seems #20, 21, 23 are the biggest and fastest (25 minutes) we had small loads (#10 -18) 45 minutes :-( Don't forget to get detergent #32 and fabric softener #33! Overall, once you figure out the machines it's easy. Seems it is customary to acknowledge a stranger when you walk in, then people focus on themselves, but will help, and be friendly about it if you ask. Would give 5 stars if it indicated which machines took soooo loooong!

Alternatively, you can sit on the bench outside and still have a view of your machine(s).
