Frankly, after 20-days on the road, it was an absolute pleasure to find such a nice facility in the Trocadéro District of Paris, especially with the prices charged for hotel laundry. Although the packaging was nice, they missed many obvious stains, which could have been easily removed. I'm honestly slightly upset, as this is not the kind of quality I expect when I'm spending almost 400 euros on cleaning just seven pieces. Update: They also tore one of my favorite silk scarfs. There are two large tears and one small tear. Conclusion: This place is a joke.
