Very clean (everything, washers,…read moredryers, tables, floors, windows), very well lighted, two sizes of washers (six-kg (€5) and ten-kg loads (€9.20), laundry soap (€1.10 for two pods) and fabric softener (€.60) available, good dryers (€1.20 for 12-minutes), two folding tables, five chairs. Frankly, after 20-days on the road, it was an absolute pleasure to find such a nice facility in the Trocadéro District of Paris, especially with the prices charged for hotel laundry. I would return without hesitation. Five Stars.

Although the packaging was nice, they missed many obvious stains, which could have been easily removed. I'm honestly slightly upset, as this is not the kind of quality I expect when I'm spending almost 400 euros on cleaning just seven pieces. Update: They also tore one of my favorite silk scarfs. There are two large tears and one small tear. Conclusion: This place is a joke.

They also had several chairs, which is very nice! Easy to pay by card or cash. 6 euros to wash a load in the small washing machines. 1.90 euros for 9 minutes of drying time in a dryer. (Which I thought initially was expensive, especially since there is no option to extend the time with the equivalent of quarters as is typically the case in the US...but I was surprised how dry things got after only 9 minutes. It did end up taking 18 total to dry completely. Including multiple pairs of jeans... Bottom-line plan on about 10 euros per load to wash and dry.

My husband has his ties, suits and shirts clean and iron at this dry clean place twice a month, and I go there to have my clothes alter, coats dry clean and linen wash once a month; all the time, the result is satisfying and often I can get my items back quite fast at this establishment. This past summer, a group of friends from Miami came to visit me in Paris for 2 weeks. They needed some clothes to dry clean for a wedding, they were staying at a hotel on the opposite side of the shop (in the Opera area, 1er arrondissement). I called the shop to ask if they could do it by picking up the clothes at the hotel and they were happy to do it with no delivery charges. Now, that is an amazing service, just like how I was use to when I was living in New York :-)
