After UPS almost lost my…read morevery important package and redirecting it for a million times all over Paris, as my last-ditch effort I emailed Lungta at the last minute and Sabah replied to my request immediately (speaks perfect English which is a huge plus for those who don't speak French!!). She promptly called the local UPS office for me to locate the whereabouts of my package BEFORE even charging me anything, she just did it as a favor because I was in distress. Every other courier service I contacted couldn't bother to pick up the phone and call UPS and try to sort this out for me. LONG story short, within 24 hours Lungta contacted UPS, managed to track it down after the package was once again re-directed (!!!) to the suburbs of Paris. They got my package and delivered it to my recipient by 10am Paris time all due to hours of quick, hard work. I really never leave reviews but the HONEST hard work by Lungta has impressed me so much to do so. Of course it didn't come cheap at the end of their service but you really get what you pay for which is a trustworthy partner when you're half way across the world. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone who's in need of courier service in the greater Paris area. MERCI LUNGTA & Sabah !!!

It's not a long glittering career (so far), but I have worked in logistics for 2 years and I speak with hundreds of suppliers and partners a week. I have never received such catered, attentive and direct care as I have today with Lungta. Right when I needed it the most, they were always supportive. Jasmin and Sabah are a credit to themselves and to the company. I found out through speaking with them that they are related, which explains the excellent communication and quality service! (Maybe Jasmin was trying to be as good as possible for some extra pocket money? ;) ) All jokes aside, if you do not go through these guys then you are missing out on the quality service you deserve as a paying customer. 5 stars. As an Emerald member with the one world alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. That changed with Royal Jordanian. I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered the row actually had three seats. No one pays extra for a middle seat -- ever. My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell again.
