The officer I dealt with was extremely unconcerned with my questions, and down right rude. She instructed me on where to pull my car when picking up my friend, and then had the audacity to tell me to get out of Gatesville. Who are you to tell me where I can and cannot stop in Gatesville. I was never incarcerated and most definitely will not told what I can and cannot do by a lowly guard who probably has nothing higher than a high school education. Definitely not a good look for the facility. Completely unacceptable behavior.

I had a scheduled appoint time of 3pm but got there early I signed in and received my ticket with a time stamp of 2:39pm. I was called to my window before 3pm where we met Lindsay. She was truly kind, pleasant, patient, funny, and very helpful. She walked me through the process that is Medicare and SS benefits without issue. I was able to complete my business and off to a late lunch/early dinner by 3:15. I can't say enough nice things about this experience and the employees (Officer Castillo and Lindsay) I encountered during this visit. This is not like any other government agency I've had to deal with prior to moving to Texas. Thank you Waco Texas Social Security Office

The Waco Suspension Bridge is located in downtown Waco a few feet from the Waco Convention Center…read more It is filled with a rich history, built in 1870 with cables from John Roebling's, the same company that provided cables to the Brooklyn Bridge. The bridge spans 475-feet, and at one point, was considered the longest single-span suspension bridge west of the Mississippi. The Waco Suspension Bridge is majestic, yet aesthetically pleasing. It now serves as a pedestrian crossing. When you walk out on the bridge, it is peaceful, quiet and serene. Listening to the water meander under the bridge almost puts you in a trance. In addition to the bridge, the steers in the front of the bridge are being renovating...painted and sealed with hot wax.
