Debbie was awesome to work with and helped walk us through how to choose the right fixtures. Some of the info we needed wasn't online, so she helped us navigate it all with a list of parts needed at the end. Unfortunately the manufacturer had the tub we wanted on backorder which led us to go elsewhere, however I wouldn't have known what to buy if not for these guys. Would come here again in a heartbeat.

That's okay though because they give out 20%-off coupons like water and I have a small collection of them. This is a pretty solid BB&B. I prefer it to the other local Westchester location in Mount Vernon for a number of reasons: it's larger, the parking is (slightly) better, and they have a full-service Harmon next door. Let's be honest, all BB&Bs are kind of a hot mess and difficult to navigate through, but if you have a little patience you'll get through and probably find what you need; the selection here is very good. I try to interact with the staff as little as possible, but everyone has been pretty friendly in my experiences. It's important to note that we have the designer a design to work off of and she tweaked it a bit, but it's 90% the same layout. Anyway, we get a call from the owner saying he will NOT refund the $10,000 deposit (they originally pressured us for $20k, thank god we didn't do that), but that he would consider giving us $2,000 back and If I don't like it I'll have to sue him. He mentioned he already spoke to his lawyer and even if we dispute it with AMEX, he e knows he will win (it sounded like he has done this before and knows how to play the game) We did of course dispute it through AMEX, notified the BBB and also emailed the CEO of FABUWOOD sharing the deceptive practices of this company and will tag on IG/X It feels like we are getting scammed here - Do not give this company any $ and it looks like many of their Google Reviews are fake / paid for , also check YELP and FB.
