She had a student trainer with her and after she was done with my ultrasound she asked if the student could practice definitely felt like a guinea pig moment lol but I understand hands- on learning is one of the best ways to learn. It was harmless and painless. The one thing I did not like was the gentleman in the front. Everytime a patient/ customer asked him a question he had an attitude. I noticed there was a mistake done over the phone with some of my information and when I told him about the change he seemed annoyed.

My heart rate was around 75 after taking one of the two 100mg beta blockers prescribed for pre-medication. Ben advised against taking the second one, but the nurse suggested that I could take half of it. This reduced my heart rate to 71, but it still needs to be closer to 60 for the test. I'm disappointed that they are resistant to allowing me to take the second whole beta blocker, as this is the same issue that they encountered at their previous location.

While I waited for over one hour and 15 min from my appointment time, I noticed that patients that came in after me, we called in much less time. There was one particular patient that came in that knows the staff there and expressed that he had a later appointment but wanted to come in earlier and they to him to do so. He was called inside immediately and I can see he was even filling out the paperwork inside without a wait. Obviously, I can tell that this business gives priority to who they know. Did not say anything but kept in mind all these details to share in my review. I was already stuck there , had given to the staff my id and had paid the copayment so I was stuck. For sure, I do not recommend this place nor I will ever be returning. Very disappointing.

Once again, the Yelp reviews did not let me down. Most people think Yelp is just for food. In my experience, Yelp is for communicating what your experience will be, specifically with regards to the service provided. Of course when it comes to restaurants, the taste of the food is paramount, but I've never had delicious food and horrible service and thought that was a positive experience overall. Back to the review -- I couldn't be more pleased with the experience at Central Magnetic Imaging aka The MRI Guys. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. Everyone I interacted with provided friendly and efficient service throughout my visit, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for, which I deeply appreciated. Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy, and I was able to get in promptly. The team also handled the insurance authorization process seamlessly, which was a relief. It's clear that they prioritize their patients' needs and go above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. In summary, my visit to CMI was outstanding. The combination of a clean facility, professional and caring staff, and the convenience of an open MRI made for a stress-free and positive experience. I highly recommend CMI to anyone needing an MRI. 5 Stars for the MRI guys.

I was originally speaking in English with a Spanish speaker who spoke no English and she was extremely rude, transferred me to a line where no one picked up without trying to help me or get someone who spoke English to help me, and when I tried calling back twice she hung up on me both times. The only way I got through was by calling *67 and then Diana informed me that this location and Doral are under reconstruction and she doesn't know when they will offer their services again. Diana was very passive aggressive and did not care at all when I complained to her about the other receptionist. All she said they can provide is medical reports in person, no info at all over the phone. I asked to speak with her boss to file a complaint against the other woman who hung up on me and she told me there are no bosses I can speak with, just her (the receptionist). Hopefully the owner of this company or someone is informed of this terrible experience and makes sure to have a bilingual receptionist at the Doral location to answer any questions about their services, it's very misleading to show online that they are open when in reality they are not. At least give everyone online notice that this business is closed until further notice to save any woman in need of this rude experience.
