I will never use them again and neither will my family and friends. Be warned they are a bunch of cowboys and time wasters! The manager who has no clue and this is shown by employing people like Brian the guy on the service counter is an arrogant individual who does not know how to deal with the public and who tried charging way over the odds of a service price saying it was for parts ... Checked with other named dealers around the area and they said the original price included all the parts and labour so where Brian got his price I do not know? No garage should have a policy of letting its staff choose the service price. The best bit was he tried charging just under £600 for a major service (plus extra which my bike WILL need he said) ... had it done at another authorised garage all in for £320 parts and labour. Big difference. Also had tyres fitted with them on a older bike and when I rode the bike back home the tyre pressures where completely out and never inflated to the correct pressure by the mechanic who fitted the tyres. I found this out because when I rang them I spoke to the mechanic and he told me what pressure he put in even though there was the guide on the chain guard for what PSI needs to go in the tyres. That is basic stuff and they could not get it right. Do not use... Go somewhere else even if it means having to travel a little further and you are guaranteed to find cheaper servicing and much better deals on bikes elsewhere and much friendlier trustworthy people. read more

Simply the best! I have been riding motorcycles for over 25 years, and have dealt with many different dealerships over this time. I always come back to this one for many reasons, First and foremost the customer service level and satisfaction here is second to none if your not happy then they want to know why! The Sales team offer a wealth of experience in anything related to two wheels, from racing to road craft the enthusiasm is heart warming, no hard selling and they are happy to advise you at anytime, nothing seems a problem to them. The Service Mechanics have won awards for there high level of technical expertise, and are both approachable and highly communicative from service to setup, rest assured they normally have the answer, if they don't (which hasn't happened many times) they will find out for you. The Parts dept are happy to promptly order items that are not stocked, and again offer a great wealth of experience and technical knowledge. I have known this shop since 1979 and I still return and buy my bikes and parts from them even though I now live overseas. I have NEVER met another set of motorcycle guys as good as these. They have now added Suzuki to Yamaha, when I first knew them they were 100% Honda, so I now have 5 Yamahas and I love them!! The sales guys are non aggressive, knowledgeable and polite and coffee is ALWAYS offered. The service manager is amazingly welcoming and ready to help and their 3 mechanics are superb. Their parts guys are also spot on and they have the BEST range of Yamaha clothing in the UK. Friendly, polite, kind, what more do you want. For me they get 5 stars, truly excellent!!!!! read more
