After using the same mechanic for…read moreyears, whose prices seemed to get higher and higher, I decided to take my bike for its MOT to Behind Bars. I had heard through word of mouth 'not to bother with them'. I can only personally speculate where this rubbish came from! They MOT'D my bike on the spot, found a very minor thing wrong with it, (which would figure because it's what I already knew about and other than that, it runs like a beauty). So I came away over the moon, as I usually have to wait a day or two for an MOT. They have seats in reception while you wait and I'm Female, not once did they make me feel like I was stupid or try to convince me that there was more wrong with my bike than I anticipated. The other day I called them to ask if they could get me a new battery, which they sorted for me over the phone and told me I could pick up the next day, due to charging. They gave it me boxed, but filled and charged, I mentioned that I'd take my old one down the tip, so they offered to put the new one in, free of charge and dispose of the old one for me. I waited a few minutes and rode away happy! And again? A great price too! Good guys, who really know how to keep business!

Dreadfull after sales service, you better hope the bike you buy is well sorted because these people…read morewon't. They are also dishonest, so buy don't buy anything on top, such as warranties. I spent 12 grand on a new bike with these people and traded in a very honest and straight sports bike. In return my new bike wasn't pdi'd, it broke down on delivery. It head a dead battery, no fuel even though they were paid to fill the tank, no coolant, in a phone call with their service manager kevin I was told to use tap water (even though the manual strictly tells you not to, as you will cause corrosion in the engine). The bike wasn't transferred in ownership, wasn't registered with honda uk even though an extended warranty was purchased, which honda uk have now cancelled as it was invalidated due to exhaust mode, which were actually installed by kestrel. My advice..... avoid these muppets at all cost. The positive feedback you see on these review sites is actually staff, trying to boost their rating. Check out the local bike forums, many have threads dedicated to complaints about these toerags.
