They set a date to do the work that was about a week out. They arrived exactly as scheduled and completed the work on time. They cleaned out my gutters and topped them with a nice leaf guard that my builder recommended. They cleaned up the gutter debris and left the place as they found it. I have some three story high gutters that they had to access from the roof, and they did so with no problems. Altogether they were prompt, courteous, a pleasure to work with, and they seem to be completely honest and trustworthy. My builder is quite strict concerning the people he recommends and he had Nikky Cheek do the gutters on his own home. He's done two houses for me. He saved me thousands on this last job. He showed up on time and did a visibly good job of installation from the ground looking up ! They looked great and he said they were guarantied for a lifetime for the gutters and workmanship! It rained about a week after the installation and I had water running down from between the gutters and the facia of my roof ! I called him and made him aware of the problem that day! He said he would be coming to fix the problem within a week! After he didn't show up I called him again and he said he had been on an alaskan cruise and would be coming out the next week. I've called him several times over the months and sent him videos of the problem trying to get him to come back and fix the problem and he still hasn't shown up !!
