Despite being asked not to use certain tools, they used an impact driver that resulted in multiple areas of split wood. Materials were placed directly on wet grass and walked on, leaving visible dirt and footprints on what was brand-new equipment. By the end of the installation, the playset already looked significantly worn--closer to something that had been used for years rather than newly purchased. There were also multiple workmanship and safety concerns: missing or improperly installed parts, incorrectly drilled holes, exposed and protruding screws, and sections that were not securely fastened. Loose screws, bolts, and washers were also left scattered throughout the yard. The installer did return to address some of these issues, and while the structure is now safer, the work remains incomplete. Cosmetic damage is still present, putty was left visible across the structure, and services that were paid for--such as varnishing--were not completed. I was told additional parts would be ordered to finish repairs, but I am still waiting for follow-up. Given the cost of both the product and installation, the level of care and workmanship fell far below expectations. I would strongly encourage others to review all details carefully and consider alternative options. Photos are included for reference.

Kraemer has the…read moretime to respond is such detail to a negative review but could not find the time to respond to our multiple emails and phone calls. Had they shown this much care when the job was ongoing, no negative review would have been required. Instead, they tried to play this out in the court of public opinion with details that they didn't feel obliged to provide to us during the job. Instead, they made up a completely false dialogue trying to claim that we were rude on the phone. No such thing ever happened. On the other hand, in addition to our unanswered emails and phone records, we have drawings with hand written notes and videos with sound that clearly show the work they were supposed to do and their refusal to rectify their own inadequate work. Be forewarned about the type of company you will be dealing with should you engage E. Kraemer. In our experience, they are talented artists who provide terrible customer service. Once their mistakes are revealed, rather than simply fixing the problem, they ignore you. When their poor service is brought to light in a review, they suddenly find the time to provide lots of information that no longer matters and try to shift blame by fabricating a false narrative about you being rude. E. Kraemer could get 4 or 5 star reviews if they simply learned from this situation and committed to improving their customer relationship skills, rather than making up excuses and trying to shift the blame. We now use Chateau Domangue in Houston. I hope that one day E. Kraemer can regain our trust so that we can buy local again. Regardless of what may be added, this will be my last post. I really don't have time for this and readers certainly have enough information to make their own choice. Good luck
