They rescheduled the first time at the last minute which was inconvenient but not a problem because it was father's day and I understood the estimator wanted to be with his family. But then on the rescheduled appointment they completely stood me up with no call or follow up. I called them again a couple days later. They apologized and weren't sure what happened; said a job they were doing took longer than expected but didn't explain how that stopped them from at least calling me. Mistakes happen so I rescheduled with them a third time and they again stood me up with no phone call or follow up. I would not hire a company who isn't organized enough or cares enough about their customers to even bother making a call if they can't meet an obligation. Multiple times. A company with this type of work ethic won't care about your property or the type of job they do in my experience. My advice?
