Some highlights of working with them: Flexibility: they are very flexible and were able to accommodate dietary restrictions creating special bentos for my vegetarian and kosher guests Bartending service: their bartending service and bartender was a HUGE hit at the wedding. All my guests raved about how amazing the drinks were and the bartender was extremely easy going and welcoming to all the guests who came through Food: the food was solid and the guests really enjoyed the variety and the quality - even my extremely picky Chinese family approved of the food and everyone jumped at the chance to take leftovers home Service: overall service was impeccable and Adam and his colleague came a week before to scope out the wedding venue and go through the menu, bar service, and layout of food service. In addition, Adam came to oversee the event the day of and the entire staff really were wonderful in helping us serve our guests the entire time Transparency: one of the things that I now value a great deal looking back is how transparent Adam was about the pricing of things and his willingness to work with our budget. He let me know immediately when prices were going to be raised and let me know he would honor the pricing of when I signed my contract. Good food is NOT cheap but Panda Inn made sure it was affordable. With all the things that come with their catering service (i.e. to go boxes, serveware, staff) - I definitely think it was all worth it. Adam is a really busy man and my greatest concern was staying on top of my communication with him and Panda Catering prioritizing my event since my event was a small backyard wedding instead of at a big venue. When the time came Adam and his team squashed my fears and concerns and really went above and beyond for my guests.
