She made the experience comfortable and informative. The booking process, however, was frustrating. Online scheduling wasn't available, and I had to follow up multiple times to secure my appointment. I also personally felt the experience was a bit overpriced for what was included. While I gained helpful information, it was a lot of content packed into one session, and by the end my brain was definitely tired. If I could do it again, I would schedule the services on separate days or book a later session to better absorb everything. I also received a nice PDF the next morning, which was really helpful and a great follow-up after the appointment. Overall, I recommend the color analysis class that portion felt the most valuable.
