We ended up getting permanent bracelets and semi-permanent rings (along with some other jewelry they had in the shop). For the permanent jewelry, you get to look at what seemed like HUNDREDS of different chains, it was so hard to decide! I loved that the price was listed on each of the chains, so you know what to expect. For a ring made from the chains, it is 1/3 of the price listed. I thought this was such a reasonable price too! On top of it all- it was unexpectedly such a fun experience! I can so see this being a really fun activity for a bachelorette party, a birthday, even just a girl's day out after brunch. The people working were so fun and so knowledgeable, you'll feel like you're in good hands. It's been a few days and I already want to add to my bracelet stack.... We all selected a gold tone metal chain and opted for anklets since they seemed more durable. Hot tip: Ask for your anklet to be looser so that it's not as tight and is less prone to breaking! They also let us know if our jewelry does fall off or needs to be cut off, the store will fuse it back together as long as you call/make an appointment and bring it back to them to fix. Imo about two or three more than necessary, but the service was super fast! And they were all very nice and helpful. We chose two bracelets and had them soddened on, which again was a fast process. They explained how to care for them and what to expect as they wear and we were on our way. sad service experience. bracelet has sentimental value however the woman in charge made my return for repair a miserable experience. went in to repair a broken semi perm bracelet that I had for approx 2 years w no issues. Lead woman debated me for 15 min on when I came in to originally purchase. not sure why. She was very aggressive. once she allowed the lovely team to repair it I was out the door. unfortunately they didnt secure it properly so I was back the next day. The same women apparently in charge lectured me again immediately pointing blame at me saying she needs to take responsibility but so do I ??? Why does this matter?? I didn't even blame them I just said unfortunately didn't work can we try again. I explained that they didn't solder it yesterday perhaps that's the problem and she continued to lecture me on their equipment. Why I'm not sure. Maybe she just has to be right or boss people around. Three of us went in on a Friday evening and each bought 1 permanent bracelet. Firstly - they get you with their pricing. They show you a section of gold plated where the starting price is supposed to be $40. In theory it is but there is maybe 1 $40 item on this section and majority are between $60-90. We select 3 items from this section all $68-72. My bracelet was a gold plated chain. Not even 24 hours later, we are shopping in the same area and the bracelet breaks off when I go to show it to a friend. Don't even tough it and it just snaps off. We were in the area, I live out of town, so we decide to go have them fix it straight away. We arrive and express the disappointment that not even a day ago we got these and it already broke. We weren't met with a ton of sympathy which makes me feel like it's somewhat expected. They told me my options were to wait around for an opening to have them fix it. The place was packed, which I understand. But the point that we were making is we shouldn't have had to come back at all. The manager refused to have someone take 2 seconds to fix the bracelet and advised also that I would not get a refund as the receipt stated that "once on your wrist, no refunds". I understand the principle but the reality of it is, it's cheap product, the chains are literally cut off of spools, likely huge markup, and very very poor experience. Don't recommend, waste of money, and they clearly won't stand by their product. To repair would've taken 2 seconds and the point was we shouldn't have had to go back to begin with. To make us wait for "however long" seemed a bit ridiculous. read more

I like the concept of this place I got three bracelets about a month ago, and one has already fallen off twice in the past month. One only lasted 4 days. It's nice because they will just put it on again if you have the bracelet but it's a pain to keep going there and then not know if it will stay on. Maybe not the best quality of jewelry. I do not recommend getting a bracelet here under any circumstances. I got a $300+ bracelet with a $75 charm for it to fall off a month and a half later. When I came back to ask for a replacement charm, the incompetent and rude manager told me that it was not their fault that it fell off and that I could have $20 off another charm that would likely fall off in another month. I have been here twice now for permanent bracelets, once for a girls day and once with the boyfriend. Both times great experiences. Lots of options to choose from for a fair price, it's quick and easy and the free glass of wine is a nice touch! I've had my first bracelet for 8 months, no sign of it falling off anytime soon. I'm giving a one star review for the quality of the metal used in a forever bracelet I purchased in February (not even a year ago). I purchased a sterling silver bracelet and a gold filled bracelet. I went on vacation and was in the water, like it's expected when you have the bracelet soldered to your wrist. Within 2 days the sterling silver bracelet, which was a much bigger expense than the gold filled one, turned an awful grey/black color, like what you would expect with a piece of cheap jewelry. I wear several pieces of jewelry all the time, such as a Cartier White Gold Love bracelet, several 14k gold bracelets and a sterling silver Tiffany Bracelet, all in which look perfect! I called and spoke to the manager, who told me to try to wipe it with a sterling silver cleaner cloth, which I already did, and then told me there is nothing she can do for me. In their defense, the gold filled bracelet held up perfectly. I do not recommend buying any sterling sliver from this store, you'll end up with an unwearable piece of cheap jewelry. Some friends and I had been talking about getting permanent bracelets for years, and we were finally all going to be in Chicago together so I booked two appointments to accommodate for all 5 of us. Our appointment was at 4:40pm, but we didn't realize how bad traffic would be from the airport so I gave them a ring at 4:15 and the lady I spoke to was extremely understanding and sweet and just told us to be there by 6 so we could have the full experience. Then at 5:06 I got a call from a different women being pretty passive aggressive and basically telling me there was no record of me talking with someone. At this point we didn't even want to go anymore, but they already had my credit card. The women was telling me it didn't take as long to get from our hotel to her shop, which according to maps with current traffic it did. She was overall being very sassy and rubbed us the wrong way, but we got there probably around 5:40 and she apologized but acted very annoyed and fake. It took a little under an hour to pick out and weld 6 bracelets. She gave us wine, which was nice. The chains were different shades of gold, causing them not to match if you get multiple. they have a huge selection of jewelry, most of it has rhinestones, not much simple pieces. One thing I will say, is everybody's bracelet is still intact, knock on wood. I coincidentally had a friend visit the shop a couple days after me, and she said she did not have a very pleasant experience either. read more

I was highly disappointed by my experience with this establishment. Decided to get permanent jewelry with my daughter on Mother's Day as she's going off to college this year. We were talked out of getting 14k gold anklets which I'm glad about as I had my anklet on for less than 2 hours and I'm walking around and feel something in my shoe. It's the anklet and I'm livid; I call they have a nonchalant attitude telling me I can just come back and they can fix it. Didn't ask my name or anything which I realized once we got off the phone further upsetting me. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and she stated that she would tell the bonders to make sure of whatever; took my name and said I could come back at any time. Coming back for me is not as simple as they made it out to be. It was highly disappointing that this happened and the response from the staff made it worse. We were told if jewelry was lost there's nothing they could do and I can't help but ask what if my jewelry fell off elsewhere and not in my shoe. I will attempt to carve time out of my schedule next week to get the jewelry reapplied as I didn't pay for it to sit in my purse but this is not a place I would recommend. read more
