He doesn't try to over sell anything, yet works with you to make sure that whatever your project is, turns out exactly how you want at a fair price. Everything was done in a timely fashion - in fact, they finished a day ahead of schedule. They lined up the tiles perfectly! Even through the little cubby for the shampoo! I was impressed with how much they paid attention to detail. The slope for the drain on the shower floor is perfect! We really, REALLY love how beautiful our shower turned out! Thanks to Maks and Aleks!!! I highly recommend! We are going to have them come back and do our other shower and backsplash for our kitchen soon!

If I could give a zero star, I would. We entered into a Remodeling Agreement on June 8, 2026, which…read morewas signed at our property. We never visited the company's store location, as the Jamie, the owner, agreed to travel to our property to discuss the project and execute the agreement. After deciding to cancel the project, we submitted our cancellation request 21 days later, and the company acknowledged receipt of our cancellation dated June 25, 2026. Since that time, we have repeatedly requested updates regarding our refund and the status of our cancellation. Despite our continued efforts to communicate, we have not received a clear timeline or meaningful updates. The ongoing delays and lack of communication have been extremely frustrating and have caused unnecessary emotional stress. Jaime still has still to date not provided any documentation showing that a door or any other materials were purchased on our behalf, despite our many requests. We are deeply disappointed by the company's lack of communication, failure to complete any work, and poor customer service. I would steer clear from anyone wanting to do business with Jaime and his, so called business. Lastly, he will dispute that there is a policy in his agreement and indeed there is none. Here is how the agreement outlines: No provision stating that refunds take 60-90 days. In particular: Page 1 covers: Scope of Work Time/Substantial Completion Payments Change Orders Delays Punch List Warranty There is no refund timeline in these sections. Page 2 covers: Warranty details Dispute resolution (mediation/arbitration) Risk of Loss Assignment Page 3 is the Washington State contractor disclosure statement. It discusses: Contractor registration Bond information Liens Lien releases It also does not mention any refund policy or refund processing timeframe. One thing to check

One of the better newer ones he had seen in the Spokane area! And to top everything off, I had a situation arise with a different company who was acting as the site super/general contractor and they were not keeping their site clean. They wouldn't take responsibility, but passed me off to Ruda, who went above and beyond to resolve my issue and exceeded my expectations in doing so. They worked around the siding contractors with no problem and started masking everything they could after washing. We used Sherwin-Williams paint, and they did a primer coat followed by 2 layers of paint. They started early and worked late to get the project done quickly. We had them do accent coloring around the front windows and on the columns, and it looks great as well. I was hesitant to go with them at first because their price was so competitive that it made me nervous, but they gave me a couple references to call and they only had good things to say about working with Danial and his team. After the project was complete, they did a thorough clean up of the property as well.
