It was ok until dental assistant lied to me that dentists no longer made dentures that I must've…read morebeen seeing the older dentist at that location before Dr Spears took over the practice. Then more lies about my insurance and with their computer system. I had to call my insurance after waiting a month to find out they never submitted anything for my dentures and was told it only takes 5 working days for insurance to approve the procedure. The first lie was in the office from the dental assistant the second was when I phoned after waiting 2 weeks and was told insurance kicked it back for more information the third after waiting a month was that they were having an issue with their computer system getting through to my insurance company. I helped build your business as a patient when you were starting out. If you no longer wanted me as a patient because I have Medicaid you should've told me up front. I had to call the Medicaid and find out for myself. And if there were problems with your computer system you should've had the courtesy of calling me to explain why it was taking so long and not leaving me in the dark. Very unprofessional! Shame on you! My initial visit for X-rays and supposedly a request for insurance approval was on January 9th 2025 I'm still waiting to hear from them! As with all medical care today, it's all about how much does your insurance pay and screw the patient.

Okay, let's be honest no one likes going to the dentist but they go above and beyond to be…read morewelcoming. The entire staff is personable but professional. They don't "over treat" but instead give you several options explaining each thoroughly along with the cost upfront. Here you are a person and not just a number. They listen and are compassionate and try to make you as comfortable as possible during your procedure. I've been a patient for 33 years and have never had an issue or complaint. I've never had to wait long upon arrival and they've always been able to work with me on scheduling. They take multiple types of insurance and charges are reasonable. Quality care for your smile provided with a smile!

Please do not go to this dentist. I have never had this bad of an experience at a dentist until I…read morewent to this place. They didn't numb me right for filling a cavity-- they stuck the top of my gum but not the bottom where the cavity was, and instead took the needle and pricked it a dozen times on the inside of my cheek. The first time they did this I asked them not to do it, especially because with my fear of needles, it did cause me to have a panic attack. I still had another cavity to do the next week, and yet he still did that, even after mentioning how I said to just "go for the jaw," and how that would be better. Him not honoring my wishes is highly disrespectful; he should have explored other options to make things not as difficult or painful. Speaking of painful, since he did numb the top gum but not the bottom, and only hit my cheek some with the needle, towards the end of the filling, I absolutely felt it. It was such a terrible pain that could have been avoided if he numbed the correct area! I honestly shouldn't have gone back to this madman, but since one cavity was still sore, he said I may have to return a time or two to get the bite right. My final time I went, he was smoothing a bit at the source of the pain, but then he started to go in other areas of my mouth, further in front of it. It did start to hurt, and when I said that it did, he stopped and said, "well, you want me to fix it right?" That was the last straw. This lack of bedside manner and consideration for his patients is SICKENING. I made sure right after he said that to me that I was fully paid up and I asked for a copy of my records. I'm going to a REAL dentist now, someone that is actually competent and boy do I see how much of a hack this guy is! My teeth have been having problems because of a calcium deficiency, which this "doctor" never even mentioned to me even after visiting him multiple times over four months. My new dentist noticed it immediately and we are trying to take steps to actually repair and strengthen my teeth. When you go to a dentist, you do not want to have the fear that they are actually damaging your teeth. I had that fear with Crouch, so I implore you to do not waste your time, money or health with this incompetent, rude excuse of a doctor.
