I ended up using Jones Top Soil instead and had a MUCH better experience. Stay away from this trash company.

The Montgomery store has been incredibly difficult to work with. Our order was postponed several…read moredays and then had to be delivered on two separate days since they forgot a pallet of product. Once everything was delivered our order was shorted almost $100 of product. When we called it went to voicemail, which was full, so we sent an email which 4 days later has yet to be responded to. For mulch, it's just not worth the hassle.

It was fun to walk through and see what all they have available, but definitely look for damaged goods and compare pricing with major retailers first. I checked online before purchasing, and the same door was $400 at Lowe's. You can't return anything here, and it was more expensive, so I obviously ended up going to Lowe's. They do seem to have some good furniture items that are marked less than what you can find online - just not always a good deal. Our current stone is 20 years old and we need to match. A very patient Dan helped us our. I appreciated being shown not only the stone on display but similar styles from samples in a closet. He also told us what is in stock, what is available in a couple of days and what is across the country. We ended selecting Pennsylvania fieldstone which will blend quite nicely. Tons of stone, tons of brick, no pun intended. Huge showroom. You probably will find what you need. We will be a small sale and we're treated with courtesy and patience.

Ryan came to my house for the inspection and estimate and was the supervisor of the job. He was here every day to check on the job and answer any questions I had. Mack, Ed and Noe were the crew and they did a fantastic job. They were on time everyday, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were very respectful to me and my property and were very concerned about my satisfaction with the job. After they were finished, Ryan came back to my house and leveled out the ground near the wall and explained the importance of the ground level in maintaining the stucco. Brett, the Service Manager, was very responsive in sending me copies of their Certificate of Insurance Liability and Certificate of Ohio Workers' Compensation. I would hire Reitter again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone needing stucco work.
