Alexander is the best! Not only are his rates extremely reasonable, but the level of care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail he puts into his work is very impressive. In just two days (about 12 hours total), he accomplished an incredible amount for us. He mounted an 85" TV and two 65" TVs (including running hidden in-wall wiring for one), assembled a long office desk, a queen-size canopy bed, a tall dresser, a nightstand, connected our washer and dryer (including repairing a misaligned vent), secured a large mirror to a dresser, hung several oversized pictures and a heavy mirror (taking the time to level everything perfectly), mounted shelving, and diagnosed a broken garbage disposal. Alexander is professional, punctual, kind, efficient, and hardworking. He pays close attention to details and it's evident he takes pride in doing the job right. We'll be hiring him again over the next few weeks and anytime we need help in the future. If you need a handyman Alex is the guy. We have used a few other people but I will say that Alex is the most reasonably-priced and knows what he's doing! We used him for one of our properties and we will use him again for another. He is also ALL about safety and installs things with thoughtfulness and safety in mind. We had a large mirror, closet sliding doors, cabinet, bench and electrical things we needed his help with and he was always up to the task with no complaint or discussing the rate.
