After months of waiting, they finally told me the repairs were complete, so I went to pick it up today (4/27/2026). Nothing was fixed. The moment I got in the truck, the check engine light was on, and it was still running rough, exactly the same problem I brought it in for months ago. I immediately told the mechanic. He got in, started the truck, saw the same issues... and then had the nerve to ask me, "What's the problem?" That pretty much sums up the entire experience. After having the vehicle for months, no one bothered to verify the repair, test drive it or even notice the obvious warning light on the dash. There was zero ownership, zero urgency, and zero accountability. It's hard to believe anyone actually cared whether the issue was resolved. The truck is still sitting at the dealership, and at this rate, I wouldn't be surprised if I don't see it again until October. If you value your time, your money, or basic customer service, I'd strongly recommend thinking twice before bringing your vehicle here.

Told me I was going to have to put a down payment in order to buy the vehicle. Decided to go with my credit union got offered a better deal no down payment better interest rate. I get back with them and then they backed out of the original price we had agreed on. They wouldn't negotiate basically 1,600 and all because I did not finance with them. Glad I did not do business with this stealership from all the negative reviews out there, 0 out of 5 stars for the time wasted on this people. Don't let them trap you with their in-house financing is just a money grab from their part. POST EDIT: I upped my offer for 500 dollars more we were only 600 dollars apart at that point from their original deal, contacted them again today. And they went and raised the price even further by 4,000 from the original listed price. Hope the unit rots in their parking lot. Stealerships always going to steal...

Brown Chevrolet, With the crazy market of trying to purchase…read morea vehicle today in the year of 2022, let me tell you. My husband and I have called multiple dealership, visited multiple locations and it has been a nightmare. From issues such as, no vehicles in stock, in transit, to used vehicles being over priced. I am not sure if I got lucky or what, I happen to call Brown Chevrolet and spoke to Bob Connell in regards to a specific vehicle. Bob was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted that was in transit to them. He worked quickly and efficiently to ensure I got that vehicle. Throughout the time of me waiting for the vehicle to actually arrive at their location, he was very attentive to all and any of my questions. When the day came that the vehicle arrived, everything went pretty fast and good for the most part. The team was helpful, there was miscommunication from the team and I but at the end of the day, they were able to make it right and it made me very satisfied. Max Fancher & Brett Hooper ensured that I was a happy customer to the front desk receptionist, Pam who periodically checked on my two kids in the playroom while I purchased the vehicle. They are very fair on the prices , go above and beyond to ensure it's a smooth transaction and customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend, will definitely return to this location to purchase another vehicle in the future. The facility itself is large, clean and just great overall. Happy with my new vehicle and overall experience. 5 stars.

Our Experience with Koepp service department was FAR from being good. Our 2025 Chevrolet truck went…read moredown due to a anti theft issue so we called Koepp to come out and tow it back to the dealership for repairs. Before making this decision we asked how long it would take for them to get to our truck for service since my husband uses this truck for work. The manager said they could get to it right away or atleast within then next 2 to 3 days. Well after our truck arrived to the lot, over night we get a a call from the La Vernia Police dept that the truck lights were left on. So my husband had to get out of bed and drive to the dealership just to shut off the lights to the truck since Koepp failed to do so. THEN, the next day we had to call them to see when they would possibly start working on the truck and have it finished so we could continue operating our business. Then it became a comedy of excuses. "Cant get to the truck for atleast two weeks" they said. At this point we decided to go ahead and eat the expense of the tow fees and haul it again over to another dealership "Covert Chevrolet" in Bastrop were we purchased it because they said they could get to right away. This is were I really get angry and disappointed, Koepp asked us to pay the towing bill in the amount of $327.17 in order to release the vehicle to Covert which we had NO problem doing. With multiple times they would send us a link by email and by Text, it was obvious they were having system issues. So instead of admitting there is a problem on their side the service lady (Jessica) insist on raising her voice and arguing with me in addition to having a very hard stance on our card being declined like we are some kind of dead beats,, AND to add insult to injury she is saying this ALL in front of the next tow truck driver picking up our truck to take it to COVERT. The Covert driver then calls the service dept over at Covert and tells them that our card was declined twice causing unnecassary drama... Jessica with the service department at Koepp was very rude and highly insulting and should NOT be in a customer service business. I have owned and operated a business for over 29 years and treating your clients with such disrespect will ruin your business referrals and customer base. I dont think that is a mistake a small town dealership can afford. Well I assure you, we are NOT DEAD BEATS. She Finally takes my card over the phone and puts it in manually and APPROVED it was. Same card, same account. SOOOO I told her to make SURE she goes and tells the NEW tow truck driver from COVERT Chevrolet that it was indeed THEIR system issue and GUESS WHAT? SHE never did.. No apology, Nothing.. I rate this dealership an abslute 0. I will never do business with them again and whats really sad is my families lineage has settled in this area for over 150 years..

Unfortunately, I don't think we could have had a worse experience. The salesman knew we were coming and knew which vehicle we were interested in, but it appeared that nothing had been done to make the vehicle ready for us. It was dirty inside, which was annoying, but more importantly, the tire low pressure light was on. The salesman assured us had already driven the vehicle, but he didn't think to air up the tires? When asked, he said it was temperature fluctuation...really? In summertime? Give me a break. We had a trade-in - the tool on their website estimated $3,700 but the best we could get was $1,500. Fine, it's an old car, I understand, but it's clean with no accidents and we had the title. Felt weird to be lowballed by so much. The purchase price was obviously a scam and what they advertise online is just to get people to the dealership. We were told there would be $5,000+ of dealer fees for "reconditioning" and "MTAG" which was explained as a "clear coat that will last through all 4 seasons." This is the most stereotypical, sleazy, used car salesman line. In fact, in the movie Fargo, the car salesman is berated by a customer for a clear coat! There was no evidence of any reconditioning, and furthermore, this was a 2022. It was not some beater that had to get new paint or change a transmission. It's just markup. All that to say, they had a potential buyer ready to go. We had our financing already in hand. We were at the lot. We were offering a solid trade in. But the salesman couldn't close the deal and when it became obvious that we were going to leave, he tried to pressure us into staying. "You drove all this way, and you're really going to walk out the door?" he asked as we stood up. The answer was absolutely yes. We'll keep searching for an honest dealership that isn't trying to play games.
