His attention to detail is top-tier--every part of the cut was precise and intentional. He's a great listener and communicator, which made it super easy to explain what I wanted, and he checked in along the way to make sure everything was perfect. The appointment process was smooth and stress-free, and on top of all that, he's genuinely kind and welcoming. On top of the great cut, his shop is really cool--clean, comfortable, and has a great vibe that makes the whole experience even better. If you're looking for a barber who actually takes the time to get it right, Nelson is the one. Highly recommend!

Going inside, the place was a little challenging to find as it was tucked inside a corner of the plaza, but it had cool oldies and sports vibes. When I got here, I was taken right away, which was nice. Moving on with my review, my overall haircut was alright. The beard itself was thinned out nicely and even. The trim on my top, however, felt a little rushed. Don't mean to make a big scene, but I thought it was a little bit rude that my barber was off and on 50% of the time as he was engaging in side conversations. Overall, I'd rate my experience at Brutus, given my feedback above, a 3/5.

They removed the bulk. It is not even. It is oval shaped in the center. Absolutely DO NOT GO THERE. IF I COULD LEAVE 0 stars I would!!! Call me for a fucking refund. ***Called them for a remedy and they just kept reiterating the price. So they only care about money. Nothing can be done to fix the beard. We have to wait for it to grow back in because of the hair all being removed.
