I…read morewrote them a private message to let them know that joking about such things negatively impacts families who have suffered infertility, miscarriages, and children who have passed away. Instead of engaging with that message, which was very much a compassionate "calling in", the couple blocked me immediately. Do not work with this "business" if your family has experienced familial grief. They do not harbor the compassion, nor the professional capacity, to be sensitive to these things. I'm so glad they're not photographing my wedding. I encourage these photographers to consider their fragility and the gift it is to be called in. By refusing conversation, they've earned being called out. This is not a couple who deserve to photograph a special moment.
