I tried returning a blouse today, NO I DIDN"T HAVE A RECEIPT, but they knew it came from their store-because the first thing I was told was that they had no more like it, so I said I'll just exchange it, I was unable to do that because they had no idea of the price I paid-guess it wasn't in their inventory-and I had purchased the blouse and another item, "so they had no way of knowing what I paid-for just the blouse-I was just VERY dissapointed that I was told "there is nothing we can do-the tag was still attached to the blouse-I had just peeled off the lable with the price. Their suggestion-try selling it! My main point-they knew it came from their store-Maybe I'm wrong but in this day of technology-I thought if the label and style number were still on the product it could be looked up in the inventory! Very dissapointed, because this has been my go to store for last minute or unique gifts.

I actually just got back from 40 miles of hiking in Nevada and after the last hike I pitched my 8 year old shoes and torn backpack. This is a great place to find high quality outdoor items like coats, hats, hiking shoes, sleeping bags, ski wear, glasses, etc. They carry the top name brands and are super helpful. I have purchased many of my cold weather gear and camping, hiking supplies from here and have never been disappointed. The only wish would be that they would carry more of it. Lol. Enjoy!
