I met with Dr. Sesi and immediately liked him. He was kind and friendly with my son, spent time explaining the reasoning behind the tubes, and I left feeling confident in his recommendation for the procedure. After our 5th ear infection a week or so after our first appointment, we scheduled the procedure to take place at LCOM hospital right across the street. Everything went amazingly well, there was good communication throughout pre and post op, and my son's ears look great. Others below have mentioned that the texting as the main form of communication with the office is an issue, but I didn't have any problems. If I didn't hear back about a question, I followed up and didn't have to wait more than 24 hours for a response. Everyone I dealt with from surgery scheduling to Dr. Sesi's assistant was extremely nice. I would highly recommend Dr. Sesi if you have little ones in need of ear tubes.

I've also had multiple rhinoplasties in the past, so finding a doctor who would take the time to carefully understand my history and concerns was especially important to me. He actually reviewed everything I brought, which I really appreciated. Most doctors wouldn't take the time to go through all of that. He listened to my concerns, was incredibly thorough, and identified things in my scans that other doctors had missed. He carefully evaluated my septum and is looking at the whole picture, rather than suggesting we go straight to surgery. I really appreciate that he has a focus on both aesthetics and function, especially given my history of multiple rhinoplasties. I left feeling heard, comfortable with his approach, and much more confident that I'm on the right path.
