Alex and Ani is new to me. Found them thru a foundation that partnered with them this most recently. Their jewelries are more the wrap around bangles as opposed to the regular ones. I like that their focus is more centered towards almost the spiritual stuff. Cool stuff. I understand how shoppers relate to their design. My first three bracelets and ring is just a start. I ADORE THIS STORE! From the spiritual vibe, to the gorgeously calming interior, helpful staff and the lifetime warranty on their jewelry (HELLO! What other store does that???), I can and usually do browse and try on for about an hour. And, with a steady rotation of new items being released, I make sure to stop in at least once every few weeks so I don't miss anything :) This is the perfect one stop shop for a gift......You'll find bracelets (their mainstay), rings and earrings, necklaces, candles and even a few buttery soft handbags and wallets. If there is a certain color palette you desire, or zodiac sign, birthstone, faith or even foundation you'd like to support - you will definitely find it here! As a small collector of Alex and Ani bracelets, I have never experienced any issues when coming to this location. Each visit, I am welcomed with warm greetings and the employees are always quick and eager to assist me with the products I am looking for, whether it be for myself or others who I'm looking to gift something heartfelt/sentimental. I usually don't buy any "accessories" in-store but this Alex and Ani storefront makes the drive worthwhile for me. Plus, it makes my hubby happy to see my happy here like a kid in a candy store. The staff at the Cherry Creek location are always very helpful providing great service and a very pleasurable shopping experience in numerous visits there. For starters, I don't buy this stuff. My best friend, however, different story. We came here looking for some charms and bracelets for her sister and were immediately getting a sales pitch rattled off at us from behind the counter. All I heard was, "Made in America," "pretentious," "pretentious," ... My friend was so put-off by the girl's attitude that we walked right out. Alex and Ani sells bracelets, rings, earrings and wine charms that are made from recycled materials in the USA. How great is that?! While you can purchase them in other locations, like Nordstrom, this store is a little gem. The selection here far surpasses what you will find elsewhere. My particular favorite is the case that is filled with bracelets that support charities. They have a specific number of spots and they do a run of a particular bracelet that benefits a charity. When the bracelet sells out another charity comes in and they start the process all over again. So, they (and you) are supporting all sorts of ever evolving causes. They are also happy to mail gifts for you and the help here is wonderful. They even have crayons and paper to distract children so their parents can shop. These bracelets have been so popular in the past few years when I was living back East. Any store I went to there, the employees were always so friendly and helpful. Not so in Cherry Creek! I was pleased that I called and had a bracelet I wanted put on hold for me to pick up the next day. However, after one of the girls retrieved the bracelet from the hold area, I started looking around. I went back twice to the original salesperson to purchase the bracelet, and even when standing directly in front of her, was ignored. Luckily, someone else gladly handed me my bracelet that I went to go and purchase. If I ever decide to purchase something else from this company, I will do so on their website or through another store, as this shopping experience, with young snotty girls, was completely lame. read more

I'm sure you've heard the commercials on the radio for Alex and Ani, I feel like I was hearing them all the time. I've seen the bracelets at Nordstrom and lots of little boutiques and was always intrigued. Then I was gifted 2 different bracelets by two different people so I felt compelled to go into the store and check it out. I'm so glad I did! There are a zillion bracelets here unlike at the other places I had seen them sold. You can get sports themed ones, one that support different causes, beautiful beaded ones, silver, gold or bronze ones and now they make rings too! There is also a bracelet of the month that is $5 off. I came in again yesterday and was looking to add to my collection but they're a little low on stock which makes sense since Christmas just happened. I'm going to head back next month to purchase another bracelet or two for myself because it's just more fun when they're stacked on your wrist! A stand-alone Alex and Ani? Yes please! If you like their products this is a must when visiting Denver. They have a great selection and it's fun to see all the pieces in person. They charge a ridiculous amount for shipping when you buy online, so it saves you a lot to stop in. It can get busy and hard to get the attention of the girls working there, but overall the staff is friendly. Although you can get the bracelets at multiple places, this is the best because of the selection. It's such a tiny store, but has an amazing amount of all Alex and Ani products. I went to Alex and Ani's store over the weekend and was so surprised at how rude the young ladies working there were. The supervisor was rude. She was standing behind the counter, and I walked up wanting to ask her question as the other sales associate was helping my niece. I stood there for 5 minutes and not once did she look up and ask if I needed any help. I finally went over to where my niece was and when she finished her purchase, I asked this sales associate to help me and she did. In a store that we were the only 2 people in, I find it hard to believe that the supervisor didn't know that we were there. I may not look like your average customer, but their lack of professionalism was terrible. I was going to purchase some bracelets but considering how rude they were, I left. So I go into the store to buy my girlfriend a Christmas present and the lady that is checking me out asks for her email address so she could use the year long warranty. I immediately ask her if it was going to send her emails saying that I bought her something and she assured me that it wouldn't show anything and it was for warranty purposes only. This review is for the company not the location! I have many bracelets from them and the one my cousin wanted wasn't at the store so I ordered it online for Christmas. Not only did it not come in time... it still has not come! I never received an email with a tracking number or anything. I emailed their customer service 3 times with no response! Then every time you try to call their customer service hotline you only get a busy signal you cannot even leave a message! So if you want this company to steal your money and then ensure you cannot get a hold of them after buy from them. To begin with, I have only visited this store once before when I bought the defective item. This second visit is the last visit I will ever make. The staff here are extremely rude, snobby and unprofessional. They made me feel uncomfortable by looking at my mom and I strange. When you start making your customers feel uncomfortable and feel like they should not be shopping here, guess what-they will not be shopping here. The staff here acted like I was returning a 24 karat ring. I truly find it despicable that these employees think they are the judge and jury for any action that a customer takes. I see that this is not the first negative review on the staff in this store, so it is obvious that this is a not a one-time occurrence-but a trend. I will be sticking with Nordstrom to buy my Alex and Ani bracelets. Just remember, word of mouth goes a long way-if one wants to stay in business. read more
