At the end of our renovation, there wasn't an area of our house that wasn't touched in some way. They were consistently the best. They were able to start work quickly, showed up as promised, and worked full days. They paid so much attention to detail, ensuring that everything was perfect. They were as invested as we were in ensuring that our home looked amazing. We were blown away when we came home one day to see they had pulled out dead bushes and were trimming others.  We hired Villatoro to remove aluminum siding, add insulation, install hardyboard, pressure washed, all exterior painting and internal painting, and onstalled shutters. They repaired damage to several walls and ceilings, they refinishing our wood floors, they added recessed lights and replaced other recessed lights to more modern profile LEDs. They installed three new doors and three new large custom windows.  They replaced molding were needed and rebuilt our damaged side porch. Every trade was curious, efficient, and personable. He removed a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and formal living room (which was never used), gutted an old shower area in the master bath and installed a new shower area, and built a new deck on the back of the house. We had an emergency water leak (that was not related to any of the work) and he and Rob spent a day running a new water line to the house for us. We had them provide an estimate to paint window shutters on the outside of the house and decided to…read morego with them for the project. The estimate indicated that they would clean and prepare the surface of the shutters prior to painting and then paint. When I went outside to observe the work, I noticed that he was not preparing the surface prior to painting but simply applying the paint over the dirty shutters. When questioned, he indicated that he was taking a microfiber cloth and wiping the shutters prior to painting? That was not cleaning the surface at all! I anticipate that we will have to repaint the shutters again in 3-4 years due to his poor quality of work. When I informed the office manager of the dissatisfaction, she did refund 50% of the cost as compensation. I will be reluctant to call them in the future but options seem to be limited in the area.

Hired this company to put a French drain and sump pump in our basement. We were having problems…read morewith effervescent coming up and they assured us this would take care of of the problem. It did not! On top of that they left a huge mess in our basement, it was so bad we had to repaint entire floor. Tracked in dirt and mud covered the floors, after concrete repair was done, concrete particles covered floor some stuck so bad had to chisel up. Were the new concrete met the old concrete it is very uneven and lumpy in some places. We're they placed their "so called "hepa" filter to take the dust outside the wall adjacent to the filter was completely soaked and had a film of dirt on it. Pointed this out and they said they would clean it up. Half way attempted to clean it next day. I had to scrub wall down and repaint. Contacted them about coming back to clean up and paying for new paint and they said in their professional opinion they had done a quality job and would not even come back and inspect. Sent them pictures and didn't faze them! Still having problems with effervescence! Do not use this company!
