The salesperson identified the low spot in the house and wrote up a contract. The final result is that the low spot is still there and my front door will no longer open and close. They want to charge me $2000 more to fix the original low spot. The supervisor, Larry, is rude, he lies, and has no intention of resolving this issue. I will be seeking legal counsel if they do not resolve the issue.

Hired this company to put a French drain and sump pump in our basement. We were having problems…read morewith effervescent coming up and they assured us this would take care of of the problem. It did not! On top of that they left a huge mess in our basement, it was so bad we had to repaint entire floor. Tracked in dirt and mud covered the floors, after concrete repair was done, concrete particles covered floor some stuck so bad had to chisel up. Were the new concrete met the old concrete it is very uneven and lumpy in some places. We're they placed their "so called "hepa" filter to take the dust outside the wall adjacent to the filter was completely soaked and had a film of dirt on it. Pointed this out and they said they would clean it up. Half way attempted to clean it next day. I had to scrub wall down and repaint. Contacted them about coming back to clean up and paying for new paint and they said in their professional opinion they had done a quality job and would not even come back and inspect. I was told that in order to keep my warranty I must have the system/sump pump inspected each year. For years 2018 through 2023 this was not a problem. However, this year has been a nightmare trying to get someone out to my house to do the inspection. I called in June for an August appointment. Each time it gets close to the date and time of the appointment, All Dry calls, cancels the appointment and reschedules giving a lame excuse.
