In addition to being one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, Alessandro is a skilled craftsman who takes enormous pride in his work. He bends over backward to please the customer. His talent and work ethic stem from a bygone era, even though he's not that old. He not only does the job, he does it right. I supplied very tricky mosaic marble tile for my kitchen backsplash, and he didn't complain one bit. The job ended up taking longer because of it, but he refused to cut corners. He did everything the right way all the way through, and it shows in the final result. My backsplash is beautiful, solid and impeccably done. It's arguably the best feature of my new kitchen. Alessandro does an enormous amount of prep work before cutting tile. He primes, waterproofs, levels, and carefully plans the layout before putting anything in place. With an eye for aesthetics, he pays attention to color and pattern distribution and matching. He seam matches corners for a wrap around effect. He leaves grout lines that are clean and even. And he cleans up after himself! I'm so glad I found Alessandro. The finished product and overall experience far exceeded my expectations. read more
