I only waited about 3 minutes before being called back. Alexa drew my blood and she was absolutely THE BEST! The moment I sat down, she started a friendly conversation and made me feel completely comfortable. I let her know I was nervous and had a fear of needles -- and she was so gentle and quick that I barely even noticed she was finished!
