I worked for Sparkle Solutions as an independent contractor and had a positive experience until I…read morecompleted a job and was never paid. After I brought the issue to their attention, I was told there had been a "glitch in the system" and was apologized to. Unfortunately, despite that acknowledgment, I still never received payment and all communication eventually stopped. Multiple attempts to follow up were ignored. The amount owed was only about $50, but that isn't the point. If someone completes work, they deserve to be paid. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability and professionalism after the issue was identified. I have documentation showing the job was assigned, completed, and reported, along with the company's acknowledgment of the payment issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working for this company.

Some bumps in the road, but they made it right. We look forward to future cleans with them.read more

I've been using Elizabeth's services since September 2024. Then in December of that year she…read moredisappeared, no phone answers, and didn't get back to me until February. Up until then she was 5 stars. This happened again over the summer, gone for a month. No warning, no contacting her clients to let them know she was out of town. She said I could always get hold of her on FB or Yelp, but that didn't work either. Once more, December 2025. I contacted her through Yelp and 2 weeks later her regular assistant Chad contacted me. Chad usually handles the kitchen and laundry room. Elizabeth handles the dusting, vacuuming upstairs and down, and the bathrooms, all for $200/month. This time, Chad handled the regular work he does, but not up to par on the stovetop. He did vacuum the living room, did not do the stairs, upstairs hallway, or either bathroom. Most of the dusting wasn't done, only 2 table surfaces in the living room. He had me pay him directly the $200, and trusting he'd gotten everything I did so. When I found out later that he hadn't done all the work, I contacted Elizabeth through both forums. No reply. I'm seeing other reviews that are having similar experiences. Chad said he was trying not to lose clientele; too late now. I'm hiring someone else.

This got me to continue seeking her services. We made an appointment to meet, to clean my house, and she was willing to negotiate with me on a price. I highly recommend her due to her efficiency, her kindness, and her attitude about making sure I was comfortable seeking her services. I will continue this review once she has completed the job. Okay, the job is done. I gave Ashlen a hell of a tip. She did a decent job, but I should have looked closer in some spots. Let's just say, some window sills were missed. And some windows were left dirty. For the fee she asked me to pay!!! The job was great though!!! I gave her much more money because she didn't ask for enough. So, my fault for not looking closer! You did well Ashlen. Spent many hours cleaning. Much appreciated. House looks great.

Crazy clean did the most comprehensive, professional and reasonable estimate of the three. Sam was quick and reliable when performing all the tear out and drying of the damaged area. Next was the rebuild, crazy clean uses some subcontractors for this , and some were ok and some not so great, but I don't blame crazy clean for other companies professionalism. Working with Alisha in the office on dealing with the home insurance and setting up times for subcontractors, was always pleasant and professional. Overall, I had a bad flood situation, and crazy clean made the situation less stressful than I think it otherwise would have been.
