Lucie had been an absolute gem to work with. We wants to have the carpet and the house fully cleaning before we moved it. Apparently, November is very busy for good house cleaning service in Kalispell. Must be all the cleanup from Thanksgiving. Under very tight time constraint, she worked miracles to get Shem (owner) to come by to clean the carpet. I thought the carpet was in decent shape until Shem showed me what clean was. It's now often that we come across a cleaning service professional who has higher standards of cleanliness than we do. The previous owners had pets. That smell is completely gone even after the carpet has completely dried. The result was a beyond comparison. After seeing the results, we went from thinking "the carpet might need to be replaced in a year" to thinking "there is no need to change it now." For us, what we thought of as an expense turned into an investment. We still look forward to using their cleaning service once they find some time to fit us in.
