Our shower faucet started leaking inside the wall and down onto the floor/baseboard. Tye and his team came out and repaired the faucet and it was done neatly and well even though they had to cut into the wall. They were very friendly and helpful. I have also heard good things about them in our area (e.g. they are honest and reliable). read more

You have been warned! It cost me over a $1000 to fix what this guy did. He is NOT what eludes to be. Check his sources. Does not have a contractors license in Idaho. I wish I had seen David H's review before this guy scammed me. I have the text messages to prove it. RUN. FIND ANYONE BUT HIM. He might be okay for a minor repair but don't be surprised if that minor repair fails and costs a bundle to fix what did. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!! Do not trust the YELP Guaranteed...it means nothing except he will call you back. I will try and keep this long story short. Ice fell 17ft from the roof onto our HVAC system…read more Another company came out said it couldn't be fixed and wanted to replace the system at a price of $8000. Shafer came out banged out the dents and got the system running for $175. Fast forward, the system stopped running a year later. Shafer did their best to repair it because our insurance company didn't want to pay for replacement, but it failed again this year. At this point they went above and beyond to show our insurance company how the initial damage from the ice had caused it to keep failing. They stuck with us through the whole experience and now we have a new unit! Thank you so much Loren and your crew!
