Jesse, our designer and Chris, our project manager were always available when we needed them. Know that your yard will be destroyed by the heavy equipment, that is to be expected, and that Mother Nature will cause delays. Also expect to have sticker shock at the price , but in the end, a resort worthy pool was worth the months of mud and yuck
