Shawn was upfront from the start. He told me the smell had clearly permeated the seats and upholstery, and while he'd do everything he could with a steam clean and enzyme treatment, it might come back given how deep it had set in. He told me to just bring it back in if that happened. The initial treatment made a big difference, but after a couple weeks the smell did return. It was much weaker than before, but still noticeable enough that I brought the car back in, and Shawn treated it again with enzymes at no charge. He also touched up a few smudges on the inside of my windshield while I was there. Both times I got an appointment quickly and had the car back the same day. Pricing was fair and straightforward and he never tried to upsell or pressure me into doing anything other than what was necessary. If you want a shop that treats you like an individual instead of a transaction, this is the place!
