Our driver,Tommy, made certain we were aware of his locations & time of arrival with frequent texts in route. We had scheduled a 5 a.m. pick-up at our home in Benbrook. The Lincoln Navigator that he transported us in to & from DFW was very comfortable & smooth to ride in. It also had a lot of luggage room for our obscene amount of luggage (6 bags). Tommy was very polite & pleasant to converse with & got us to our departure gate in plenty of time for our international AA flight. On our return trip from DFW to home @ 9:15 p.m. he was waiting for us as we walked out of the airport terminal & had texted us to reassure us about his location. We were very pleased with the service & will certainly use them again.
