Chad and Greyson and their crew have installed everything from windows and doors to roofing and insulation, concrete, kitchen cabinets, flooring, tile work, painting and drywall jobs. I've done full remodels with them and have never had any complaints. Communication is great. Quality of craftsmanship is great. Cleanliness is great. We sincerely have no complaints! As a client what has always impressed me is Greyson and his crew come to the job and stay on the job working full days until it's done...no working you in between jobs being too spread out. That means I don't have to live in a constant state of construction which, let's face it, can get old. Also noteworthy is how they keep the construction site. They protect your floors with ram board while they work on site AND clean up sweeping floors and wiping down counters every single day! I call this a win-win! I'm getting a great remodel while not feeling like I'm living in construction! My current project in the works with Home Wreckers is adding new hurricane windows throughout the home, a new front door and a huge sliding door system that overlooks the canal. I couldn't be more excited to have this done by Home Wreckers. I absolutely know that Greyson and his crew will do another outstanding job on my new home!

Gave us a quote for a roofing job then upped the price by several thousand dollars telling us it was for adding on additional line items and moving profit and loss figures around. This of course, is after we showed them the insurance adjuster's documents. Submitted a contract to our homeowners insurance and our mortgage company and inside work was never completed. We were told "Johnny had no money to start the inside job because he had recently opened a restaurant in Cocoa Village." Excuse after excuse. We fell for it. Then when a supplemental claim was sent in, all of a sudden, it was how soon could they get paid, while still doing nothing on the interior work. Actually called BCSO and filed a report that we, as the customers, were attempting fraud against them for not releasing supplemental funds, knowing that our mortgage company advised us NOT to release anything until the entire claim was satisfied and inspected. Now a lien is threatened. Filed complaints with BBB and Atty Gen Office. Now Johnny T. Wiedmann wants to drop everything if I retract complaints. Says everything. Think twice and do your due diligence with this company.

As a former business owner myself, I fully understand that things can sometimes go off the rails--unexpected delays, miscommunications, or scheduling conflicts happen. What truly separates a good business from a great one isn't whether problems arise, but how they respond when things don't go as planned. So far, AMVet has taken the initiative to reach out and reset expectations. That counts for a lot in my book. This letter should explain everything. I sent this email almost a week ago and did not receive a response. I'm not thrilled that I paid $5,334.00 and have a drive way with an ugly patch. THE LETTER Dear AMVet, I am extremely disappointed with your driveway coating service. The finish on my driveway does not resemble any of the coated driveways I personally inspected at your previous customers' homes. The coating was applied on June 11, 2025. When it didn't look right initially, you returned and reapplied another coat in a few areas. Then, on January 21, 2026, you came back to repair a fine crack, but the repair left a visible patch across my driveway. Now, just a few months later in April, another fine line is already appearing in another area. I am not requesting another repair, as my driveway is beginning to look like a patchwork quilt. I was told the first repair was free, but any future repairs would cost $170 each. This is not right. It hasn't even been a full year since the original application, and these issues should not be occurring. You should have known that my driveway would not hold up well to your coating. I can only assume you were aware of this and chose to proceed anyway. I would appreciate a serious response to this matter.

The workmanship was outstanding. I had them back this year to complete the second floor and install gutter guards, and the experience was just as great.
