My dad truly likes going here and by seeing how well they treat him, i too switched dentists and started going here. They stay busy but when you have your appointment the wait is pretty fast. Then at 9am was my kids actual appointment (which I would assume they usually make new patience fill out paper work before hand, was too late for that) & the receptionist opened the doors just to let us know that our appointment was canceled & I should have received a call. I let her know that we were never informed. I had no voice message or email or text from them saying this... Their parking lot is very difficult to drive through since it is so small. I seen that it looked like someone hit the building with their car for probably that exact reason. It was covered from the absence of glass. The building needed repairs. I waisted an hour of my day because they are unprofessional.

Bone graft was never discussed and being Diabetic it's not something I would do especially with a new medication I'm taking has caused my sugar to skyrocket (380). So, when I go to cancel and close the loans I discover they've charged me the full amount without my receiving any services under the loans!! All they have to do is reverse the charges say both banks but they aren't trying to do that. Steer clear!

The treatment itself was quick and painless. It was as if Dr. Liu is a tooth whisperer. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they warned me not to go back. I canceled my appointment , but they had talked me into ordering a partial. When It came in I went to pick it up, but they refused to give it to me, saying I need to get a medical release before I get it. The receptionist was so rude and condescending I couldn't believe it. I caught her in several lies before I left out of complete confusion that I was unable to get my property. So in recap, be careful when and if you go here. Watch out for them charging you for things you don't need, keeping you there for hours to force you to make a choice you do not want, bold face lying to you, and then disrespecting you if you stand up for yourself. The office is very nice. The people are very kind and everything was very professional. But I have to give special thanks to Dr. Shinta. He did everything to make the experience as pain-free as possible and was very patient about every step. The corrective work (cavities etc) was top-notch but the cosmetic work is out of this world. You CANNOT tell she's had such extensive work. You can't tell she's had ANY work. It looks completely natural. It is a work of art. I've waited a couple of years to put in a review because I wanted to watch how it held up given what time did to previous work by the other dental office.
