I chuckle a bit every time I arrive at this Aldi. The parking lot is filled with nice, sometimes fancy, vehicles. Growing up, we frequented Aldi but the perception was only the "poor" shopped there (in reality, money savers did too). Our mini-van was probably the nicest vehicle you found in the parking lot back then. Aldi has done a wonderful job changing that perception. This Aldi received a face-lift and they did a really nice job! It was a bit of a pain when they were in the middle of the remodel and I didn't like that they were closed but, wow, the results are amazing! The store now starts with the produce section which creates more of a welcoming, open entrance. However, many people come for the great produce so it can get a bit congested there. I shop on weekdays so it's not been bad yet. The rest of the store has a new layout but everything is better organized in labeled sections. They seem to have more "seasonal"/limited supply items too. I love it! Checkout is always quick as they pay attention to how long lines can get and open up another checkout as needed. Since I always have at least one kid with me, I appreciate their attention to making it easier for me to unpack a cart and if an option, they'll use the same cart I came up with my kid sitting in. My Apple Pay always works here unlike some other stores and that always makes me smile. I have nothing bad to say about this location. Always a pleasant experience! read more

This is a fun little store. I found several unique food items. I'll be back. I just need to remember a quarter for the cart and my own bags. Well I thought this store might have some awesome cheap fake meat selections since I pretty much live off of Vegan Sausages I buy at Trader Joe's and I guess this is a Trader Joe's company! I was slightly sadden when the only fake meat selections were some Veggie burgers but thats ok, I picked some up, also I did snag some great priced ketchup and Olive Oil. Tip, bring your re-use bags, cause they charge you if you need a bag! I do really like how wide the aisles are, very easy to shop and navigate the store! The gentleman running the register was fun, too, I asked him how his day was and he said, "Another day, another 10 cents" which I thought was pretty funny! All in all a positive shopping experience, just didn't have as much stuff as I thought they would. But great prices, and easy to get around! Total score! read more

They have updated the stores. I love the new look. You no longer have to be routed throughout the store if you just need to pick up one item. The produce department is in front vs all the candy and snacks. They even have prepared salads and cut up fruit and veggies... The stores have fresh flowers and weekly specials on general merchandise for the home. The stores are clean and the staff are very friendly. read more

So I have to share- and I might get some haters - but I am not a huge fan of Aldis some times. Its not the store or what it carries, its the set up. Once I am in I feel trapped. The crowds seem to rush me through the store. I am a slow grocery store shopper. I like to take my time and I always feel like someone is pushing me out of the way cause I dont know exactly what I need here. However, this location... bigger, more space in the isles and I did not catch the store in a busy time. I got to look around and make some good choices to save some money. The shelves always have something different here for decent prices. The only thing at the time I didnt like was the price of eggs. The sign in the door read that their provider was low. Again, this store is a good stop and this location is better than the others around town for space and cart maneuvering areas. I dont feel like I am fighting just to check things out. read more

Aldi is great small grocery store. It is easy to get what you want and be on your way. The produce is reasonable priced and fresh. They don't carry a lot "name brand" items. But their brand is great. They don't always have every item you are looking for but you can find general items there. I save a ton of money shopping at Aldi. They also have a random household item isle-great buys-everything from camping gear, tools, kids toys, pots, pan, drapes, to food processors. You never know the bargains you will find. Right now they are the cheapest in town on pumpkins. Make sure to bring a quarter-as you need a quarter to get a cart-you get your quarter back when you return it. Nothing against Aldi's but I didn't grow up in a household that shopped at Aldi's so this was my first time visiting one of their locations. Several friends and coworkers had been talking about how much they save purchasing certain items there, like their produce and meats. They also mentioned the non-grocery selection and being able to find some good stuff there as well, fin lunch bags or novelty gifts. So I decided maybe I need to check this place out I had never been to a Trader Joes either but once I visited there I fell in love. As a new visitor I wanted to take my time and go down each aisle seeing what they had to offer. After starting down the 2nd aisle of the store I noticed I had a follower (blame my Dad and his overprotective ways but he successfully instilled in me to be aware of my surroundings at all times and "keep my head on swivel" lol. Anyways, I continued on and the person following me had no cart, wasn't looking at items on the shelves, just keeping a little distance behind me. I made it around to the refrigerated section and positioned myself and my cart in the corner so no one could be behind me. The gentleman following me clearly didn't know what to do he stood there avoiding making eye contact but clearly waiting for me to move again so he could continue to follow me around the store but I didn't move. He then pretended to look at the cold drinks. I asked him if there was a reason for his following me around the store. He responded I am not following you I work here. Hmmmm yet the whole time behind me you were not stocking shelves or doing anything work related and currently you are pretending to shop while you watch me out of the corner of your eye. Long story long I left the cart right there and headed out of the store, he definitely gave me I'm following you because I think you're going to steal from us energy and I was flabbergasted did he think I was going to steal .29 can goods!!! I can confirm prices are low but as far as the quality of those low priced goods I can not comment either way since I purchased nothing and will probably never stop at an Aldi's in the future. Nice place for some cheap veriety of food. Similar to Trader Joe's and owned by same company but this is like a walmart and trader Joe's a target. You can get get cheap avocados here, wine, chocolate, and all kinds of other stuff. Just a huge veriety of all kinds of goodies. This place is annoying for having you put in a quarter to get a cart and has no bags. It is also kind of small so you can't get all the food you need at one store. read more

Aldi is the biggest grocery store chain in the world. I shop here at Aldi all the time because they have low prices. A few ways they keep the prices low are by not hiring people to bag groceries, not accepting credit cards, or hiring people to bring in shopping carts from the parking lot. Instead, customers use a quarter to get a shopping cart, then get their quarter back when they return the cart. This is nice because are no carts left in the parking lot to put a dent in your car. Also, you need to bring your own bags or buy them at the store. Cash or debit only. Aldi is great for the essentials, and they do have a great selection of specialty seasonal items, and alcohol. Aldi is always my first stop, and if I can't find it at Aldi, then I will go to another grocery store. They don't have a deli, or lunch meat counter, but they do have a meat section and baked goods. If you haven't been to Aldi, check it out. It is great for the money conscious individual. If you would rather pay more to have someone else bag your groceries, not have to return your shopping cart, or use a credit card, then that is your choice. read more

What can I say? Aldi is the greatest place on Earth. This one is never overly busy like the stores on the east side. You can actually maneuver your cart down an aisle without having to pause for people to get out of the way. This is my favorite location because I like the cashiers. read more

I'm quickly becoming an Aldi addict. My family goes through about 2 dozen eggs/week, and the eggs alone are reason to shop here. A dozen large eggs are 47 cents. They are usually $1.99 at the big grocery store nearby. Almost everything Aldi carries is their store brand, and it's really great quality. My family hasn't absolutely loved everything, but we like most of it. I haven't been thrilled with the quality of the meat and will stick the the big store for that, but that's my only negative. Aldi also has new weekly non-grocery inventory. I've found good deals on toys, small housewares, and seasonal candy. You can't see the screen with the prices of your merchandise very well when you are checking out, which kind of bothers me. But I'm a little over the top and just check my receipt. Oh, and the store is clean. Tips, as other reviewers have mentioned include: -bring a quarter for the cart deposit. And don't be afraid to walk up to someone in the parking lot who is returning a cart-give him/her your quarter, they'll give you the cart, and you're on your way. -bring your own bags. (And you bag your own groceries.) This isn't a fancy store, but it truly is a place to stretch your budget. read more

New year, new me, one of my resolutions is to pinch a few pennies here and there. And one of the first areas to pinch from is my food habit. Not only do I love to dine out, but I love to cook. But grocery shopping can get a bit pricey as I try to think of creative ideas for school and work lunches, dinners, snacks and cravings. I drive past this Aldis 10 times a week (to and from work) and finally decided to see what bargains I can find. I searched for a quarter and decided to pay a visit after work. First, off the cashier. As soon as I walked in, I can hear her pleasant conversations with all of her customers. Super engaged, friendly and you could tell she truly enjoyed her job. Nowadays, it's so hard to find businesses that has great customer service and this lady was marvelous. The store is small but packed with many items that are worth checking out. I've heard their wine is not bad... $3.99 for a bottle of wine?! I'm sure it's not Wine Spectator worthy, but if you're looking for a cheap buzz, Aldis has affordable wine. I like some of the random household items that is mixed in with the food. Great marketing if you ask me. As you know, you either need to bring your own bags, or pay the small price for paper bags. I chose the box route; grabbed an empty box and filled it up. I spent so much time browsing in the store that I ended up buying a bunch of random items instead of sticking to my list. I spent about $30 that included ground beef, cheese, milk, cereal, frozen items, spices, baked goods, salad mix and other pantry staples. The ground beef was enough to make burgers one night, a casserole for another, and meatballs. To me, that is definitely bang for the buck. As a person who loves to grocery shop, Aldis is now on my list. I'll need to make friends with the cashier to get more details on when they get their shipment of fresh produce since it looked like it was picked over. What an amazing store with top notch customer service!! I usually do a bulk of my grocery shopping at Aldi in general, but I like this one the best. Today was BEYOND all my expectations. I was stranded at Firestone (across the street) after grocery shopping. The car would not be ready for 4hours or so. So I took my cold foods, walked to Aldi and asked them if they would be so kind as to let me store my bags I their cooler. And they let me!!!
