She was playing on her phone during our discussion... They also misuse plastic bags as they'll put EVERY ITEM in its own bag. Nor do they even know what to do with a reusable bag that you bring. This area really needs a Whole Foods or a Sprouts.

The reason for 3 stars is the pickup. Its a disaster. The parking lot is too small, not enough spaces. Inside customers are always parking in what few spots there are. I understand that Kroger can't force them to leave, but there needs to be a better system. I would suggest have a number on every spot in the lot, that way you could park wherever and still get your groceries. I will say once we did get parked they got the stuff out pretty quick. Oh, and fuel bucks are pretty sweet!

Ms. Fields is such a sweetheart. Frank is a super nice guy, Carla is great, and I have zero complaints about the rest. Super nice staff. They are of course under staffed. This store stays stocked and clean the only complaint is that it's too small. You literally have aisles big enough for one person at a Time and that's just ridiculous. I visit this store so often that they all know me! Hah I definitely suggest going here for your needs if you don't want to deal with the craziness at Walmart.

It's convenient for a quick run in when you need something quick. You don't get lost in it like Sam's Club, Costco, or IKEA. The next step down of not a quick place to shop would be Walmart or Kroger or the IGA at the end of 80 close to HWY 27. There are Dollar Generals everywhere. Throw a rock? There's a 95% chance you hit one. This particular Dollar General I do enjoy but as with all Dollar General's prices are jacked up higher than the before mentioned stores. Staff is great, super sweet, super helpful. Store is clean and well organized. There is one issue though, on the area of 39 it's on, is basically a cell phone dead zone for Verizon, probably other cell services as well but with all things one can't be certain unless you have the service. If you're lucky you'll be able to call someone.... Maybe. Texts are usually a no go and don't even think about trying to use data unless you like sitting there and watching a load screen because that's all that's going to happen. All in all though I'd give this place a 10 out of 10.
