Let's just say that after the first bite, I closed my eyes and enjoyed the flavors! The crust is light and fluffy and it had plenty of ingredients. It was big enough for 2 people to share, but (except for the bite that I gave my wife) I devoured the whole thing! Gondolier is what I would call a small chain restaurant. There are a few scattered around (even one in Sevierville, TN) but they are still small enough to always use top quality ingredients and keep their prices very affordable. There use to be one closer to me in Berea, KY, but unfortunately it closed. You may think this crazy to read, but Gondolier has one of the best cheeseburgers that I have ever had! Without a doubt, we will make the 45 minute drive one-way just to go eat at Gobdolier again and again. Located just off exit 41, its an easy stop off of the interstate if you are traveling through the area. These guys are doing it right! Don't miss it and be sure to ask for Parker to be your waiter.

It was definitely messy but absolutely worth it. So cheesy, flavorful and filling. Easily one of the best fast food style replica dishes I've had. No shade to Taco Bell but this version is on a whole different level with better tasting ingredients and way more flavor.
