She was playing on her phone during our discussion... They also misuse plastic bags as they'll put EVERY ITEM in its own bag. Nor do they even know what to do with a reusable bag that you bring. This area really needs a Whole Foods or a Sprouts.

I popped the liftgate in back and hopped out when I saw the person coming over. He was able to get all the bags in the open space, neatly, and even set aside my bread and eggs to put up front with me. Every piece of food was nicely chosen, properly wrapped and bagged. Their Salad Dressings & Sauce Isle is pitiful compared with other Krogers. The Meat Dept. have the same basic cuts every day. If you want something different then you will have to go else where. They do not carry fresh Fish or Seafood, it's mostly Frozen. The worst experience & most people will tell you is waiting to " RING OUT " because they never have enough Cashiers. People are backed up in the Food Isles & waiting sometimes for 45 minutes to ring out. Customers will Huff & Puff & Blow but never complain & thats the problem is Management. This is the absolute worst service I have ever seen in a Grocery. Kroger is the largest Food Store in the USA & if people don't complain & ask them to build a bigger one, thats the Customers fault. Put your money where your mouth is......then they will listen. If not then STOP Complaining in the Isles & tell the MANAGER!
