No greetings from employees, because they were too busy talking amongst themselves. When one employee finally broke away from his conversation, he decided to grab a broom and start sweeping down the aisles and not say "Excuse me!".But why should he, I'M in HIS way.....Right?!?!, because he's the privileged sweeper. He just kept coming down the aisle with the broom, just knowing I would move. I found a couple items on the Reduced shelves, so that was cool.

It was my first time trying my luck at getting some. After driving from my work in El Segundo to my home in Alta Loma, I went into the Trader Joe's store, hoping to find more. Sadly, there were none left. So, I decided to ask the two gentlemen at the Service Desk area. When I asked one of them if there were any left, I was told they were sold out. I made a sad face and mentioned that it's difficult to get there early because I work full-time, and then I started to leave. A few moments later, Ray approached me and gave me the last two mini tote bags that he had been saving for himself. After hearing my story, he wanted me to have them instead. I was completely touched by his kindness and generosity. He didn't have to do that, but he chose to make someone else's day a little brighter. In today's world, it's rare to experience such genuine compassion and selflessness. Ray turned what I thought would be a disappointing shopping trip into one I'll always remember. Trader Joe's is fortunate to have an employee like him, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you, Ray, for your kindness. You made my day, and I'll never forget your thoughtful gesture!

Breaded deep fried shiitake mushroom caps. I love mushrooms so I thought this would be awesome! Well, I put them in the air fryer. There was so much oil that came out and dropped to the tray. And they were still greasy. I used up 10 paper towels soaking up all the excess oil.. Gross. Then I just tried these breaded cheese curds. They were tasteless!! Like low quality cheese with no flavor and the breading was like flower and egg, no seasoning at all. Completely tasteless!! I am curious about these current buyers for Trader Joe's. I have to assume they are no longer tasting what they purchase.

This review is for the cashier - check out service…read more I'm usually not one to complain but this time around, I can't help it. Even the meanest cashier person at aldi was more nice to me than this one. Also, I want to say there are nice cashiers that makes the checking out experience good. Minus the one I encountered (name is on the receipt but not sure if it's correct). Cashier, a male, had no problem being friendly and talkative to the customer in front of me but when it was my turn, the cashier was getting all impatient and trying to hurry me along - TELLING ME I WAS HOLDING UP HIS LINE. There were 2 people behind me. I was going as fast I can. What made it worst was me apologizing to him. The cashier was the one taking his SWEET TIME TALKING, LAUGHING and BEING FRIENDLY to the person in front of me - wish I said that instead of sorry. First time at Aldi, I felt like it it was a race/profiling thing. Won't be going to this Aldi for a while. (End of rant :/) Happy Aldi-ing.

A ever changing center isle with interesting things and seasonal foods, great frozen food with a good variety. As a parapalegic using a chair I find the isles wide and comfortable for turns. They get it all (milk, bread, cereal, cheese, etc) for you!! And while you wait for that, you can shop for your own produce. Some of the prices are a bit high, but there's always some deals, like 25 cent fruit of the day (bananas, apples) And then on top of them getting the groceries for you, they also bring it out to your car!! The only downside is the shopping carts don't have baby seats.

I am submitting a complaint regarding the disappointing customer service my son and I experienced…read moreduring our visit today. From the beginning, I had difficulty getting assistance. When I asked for help locating an item, I was simply told "aisle 13" without any clear direction or additional assistance, so my son and I searched for everything ourselves. At checkout, I had approximately $250 worth of merchandise. I paid in cash with a $100 bill, $20 bills, and $10 bills. One of my $10 bills was an older bill from 2003. The cashier inspected it, checked it, and then pulled it out again to mark it with a counterfeit-detection pen. I completely understand that stores may verify currency. My concern was the repeated scrutiny of my money and the way the situation was handled even though my money was legitimate. After everything was verified, there was no acknowledgment or apology. I then spoke with the Manager about my experience. Instead of acknowledging my concerns or attempting to resolve the situation, the response I repeatedly received was simply, "OK." I felt completely dismissed. I had planned to spend approximately $250 in one grocery trip, and I did not see anyone around me making a purchase of that size at the time. Because of the overall lack of customer service and the way my concerns were handled, I returned my entire purchase and left. I am requesting that this experience be reviewed. A simple acknowledgment and respectful response could have resolved the situation. Instead, I left feeling that my business and concerns were not valued. I am also concerned that I may have been subjected to discriminatory or unequal treatment during this transaction. While I understand that stores have the right to verify currency, the repeated scrutiny of my legitimate money, combined with the lack of assistance I received and the dismissive response from the Manager when I raised my concerns, left me feeling singled out and uncomfortable. I ultimately returned approximately $250 worth of merchandise and left the store. I am requesting that management review this incident, including whether the same cash-verification and customer-service procedures are being applied consistently to all customers.
