I was very excited that I finally have an Aldi's down the street from me. I don't know why but this location's inventory is terrible. Their standalone freezer section used to be better and now it's 95% empty. I asked the guy and he says well it's a busy location. BS! They're not getting inventory. I work from home so I randomly come here at lunchtime in the middle of the week. I have gone to the Aldis in Tradition which was filled to the brim with food. The Aldi's on US1 also has a good inventory selection. What the hell happened to this location? Very frustrating. Can somebody please explain to me why they never have basil? You know the basic herb. besides that I love the prices. I love loading up my cart and I've never been able to go over $100 even when including alcohol. The best thing they've ever done was add self checkout lines. It used to be so frustrating when you had only one checkout line and 20 people waiting. I went to Aldi on Saint Lucie West on Tuesday January the 20nd. purchase three separate tilapias. I baked them on Thursday the 22nd. come to find out both were spoiled. My whole house stunk. Well, I learn my lesson. I am better off paying more at Publix, at least I know the fish will not be spoiled. read more

I've been to a few aldis in my area. This one was terrible at what was stocked here. Broccoli was turning brown...no bulbs of garlic to mince. I like stuff to taste fresh...typically this isn't an issue with the foods we can get at aldis in the jacksonville area. It's different down here. Needs more stock and better cleaner organization. read more

Phenomenal prices for a variety of groceries! While on vacation, I stopped at Aldi Supermarket for for snacks, drinks, and frozen food to keep in the room. I was pleasantly surprised to find so many vegan options! From vegan burgers, hotdogs, and sausages to desserts and snack, I could not believed the large selection of vegan options at Aldi's and for a price much lower than specialty grocery stores offering similar products! read more

You know the drill here. If you don't mind bagging your own stuff, this chain should be your go to for almost all your basics...fruit, vegetables, dairy, canned goods, condiments, amazing selection of crackers and snack foods, chocolate....ground beef, chicken, salmon. The prices are SIGNIFICANTLY lower than Publix if you're comparing apples to apples...(and I mean that figuratively AND LITERALLY too...they have great apples) and the quality is as good if not better. The selection is largely proprietary (like Trader Joes). You won't find 46 different brands of pasta or ketchup...but their own brands are top-drawer across the board. Here's a comprehensive list of what you still have to go to Publix for.... 1. deli 2. baked goods. Otherwise, Aldi pretty much has the bases covered. You can get pretty much 75% of your grocery needs here and save yourself a F-ton. Grab a couple of reuseable bags, make sure you have a quarter handy, and give this joint a spin if you haven't already. Pro tip: Their Greek yogurt is the steal of the century. Jump all over it. I like this store & their concept of placing stores near walmart with lower prices in the few items purchased the most. Big problems here though. They frequently overcharge items & do not seem interested in correcting the issue. My 5% saving over walmart quickly diminishes to 0%. So then why go here? I have brought it up to management & they seem to dismiss this as a frequent computer error if they discount an item & neglect to renew the posted discount price.....I guess it is the customer's problem if they can't figure out their own system. I've seen some negative reviews and all I can say is that Aldi's may not be for everyone but it's a GREAT CHOICE for me! When I need fruit and veggies I always go there first. A head of cauliflower for $2.29 versus $3.99 at Publix is a win! Also there's an amazing selection for such a small space! Their canned foods are exceptional. Their Wednesday meat specials are great! I've never been disappointed with any of the products I've purchased. My experience with the cashiers has always been positive. I love this place!!! read more

I have noticed at the Gatlin i Blvd one in Port Saint Lucie is a bit different The shelves haven't been staying stacked and the prices that are lower the products have been out. Also prices went up here. The other two I can shop at but further from Gatlin seem to have products availability and less price I think management is why the difference! I absolutely love Aldi. I've found their produce to be mostly fresh and affordable, there's a large variety of snack foods, and I love their organic brand and their fit & active brand. Products are clearly labeled with things like "lactose free" for people with dietary restrictions. Aldi is an awesome place to shop if you're interested in eating healthy or organic foods on a budget. I've even scored a few items for my home at Aldi, such as a steam mop and a carpet shampooer. read more

ALDI - Healthy Aldi haul! - Grocery Near Me - Port Saint Lucie, Florida

I would love to love ALDI, but then again there is the 'people factor'. ALL ALDI's in Port St. Lucie have these cashiers that are TAUGHT??? to take your purchases from the checkout belt and THROW them in the shopping cart as you check out. Not dropping it in the cart...THROWING it. I have told 3 separate cashiers at 3 different times already to stop throwing my food (including a wine bottle!) yet that seems to be trend here. Oh, and don't think they are busy and so that maybe the reason...oh no. It just seems to be the custom that ALDI lets their employees do. read more

It's not a bad place to shop if you are looking for products not usually found in Publix but I still don't know what the big deal is about this store. The products they stock are not things you cant find anywhere else and there are very few workers present, at least when i went and not all that friendly either. I have grown to love this store. Being born and raised in PSL I've always been a Publix girl. After getting use to the lay out I'm officially hooked. The amount of quality groceries (including amazing produce!) that you can get for half of what you pay at Publix has won me over. Give it a chance, especially if you are on a budget buying for your family. So glad they have come to our area!! read more

Don't forget to have a quarter to use your cart and BRING YOUR OWN BAGS. Great gluten free selections, so so produce section, great prices in cheese, great prices but not so great quality on meats, great prices on "snacks and condiments" with no brand names read more
