Grocery stores options are limited in this part of Tennessee. They are obviously taking advantage of that. Publix is staring to move into the area. So I asked them to help me out, give me something comparable in produce to scan, it was 1.99, an easy price to replicate, but they refused to help me purchase this item for the customer, just outright refused, said it wasn't their responsibility if the app wasn't working, which wasn't the point, I was ready to pay for this purchase, the item was available, but I was refused, plain & simple. I, of course, bought the item with my own money, but the fact that they wouldn't help me out was just absolutely ridiculous!
