Love and hate relationship with Aldi. This store never has enough lanes open, NEVER! So annoying to be waiting in long lines, I don't have the patience. Customer service, for the most part, has been friendly during my visits. I asked about new products being put out and they engaged. One worker did something sweet for my mom when she inquired about a product. So for that, I'll give them three stars but the store is also kinda in disarray on certain shelves coupled with the lines and only one register open. read more

I came to this location today to pick me up some chickpea salad. I saw that they had them in stock and plenty at that. I wanted some grapes, but the grapes were in very poor shape and was oozing out it's juice contents. I got some potatoes, hummus, BBQ sauce, and a few other items. The line was wrapped around the building; it was annoying to watch two male Aldi employees standing around chatting while the sole female one working diligently ringing up customers. It wasn't until one of the male employee decided to open up a line. I went to his line and pulled out everything that I wanted to purchase. When it came to pay for my chickpea salad, he immediately said that he couldn't sell me the salad because it was out of date. I didn't know what he was saying and asked again for clarification. He said that he thought he pulled all of them off the floor because they were expired. (He must be lazy because he didn't pull none of the salads off the floor because they were still there) He refused to sell them to me. I left without them. It's quite disappointing considering that they are not as detailed to check their inventory for freshness and high quality standards. I don't like this location. read more

Christmas cookies are out in plain site!!! Poinsettias for $4.99. Beautiful. Gifts galore. Bought the biggest, sweetest grapes I have ever tasted and going back more tomorrow. Their amazing spiral ham, limit 2 are on sell. Their fabulous hams I would rate above the name brand ham places brick and mortar businesses. Butter, $2.49 a pound. Old Amsterdam Gouda, my weakness. I went for items for the Food Bank and came out with things for us. To top it off, a lady left her quarter in the buggy when she didn't return it and I could find a quarter in my purse. My lucky day. Check out was fast today. But, it was so cold in there. I must remember my coat tomorrow!! read more

This was my first time here and I love it! I wanted everything! I really like all the European chocolates and cookies they have. I think that was my favorite aisle. I'm not even big on chocolate but I liked that they had a wide selection of Dark chocolate. Their cheese selection wasn't like HEB or anything but what they had was good. They had my favorite Merlot cheese so I was happy. Their beer, cider and wine selection was also nice. I got a bottle of wine and sangria for only $2.95 a piece! There was also a cool aisle with miscellaneous stuff like dog beds, blankets, knives, pots, glasses, dog toys etc... at really good prices. Don't forget to bring a quarter so you can rent a shopping cart. It has to be a QUARTER no dimes or nickels. You'll get it back when you return the cart. Also, don't forget to bring your own reusable grocery bags, if not you have to pay .08 cents for them. I think it's pretty smart of them to make you bag your own groceries and return your own cart. By keeping their costs down they can keep their prices down too. I love this place! read more

So happy to find an Aldi store here in town, as I'm here visiting for a few weeks. As is the same with my Aldi store back in Il, I found this store to be clean, with well stocked shelves. With a great variety of everything I needed and as always the freshest produce around. read more

Well this was my first time shopping here and I can tell you I am not impressed one little bit. So I took my time walking through the store because I wanted to give it a fair chance not knowing what I was going to encounter. I realized pretty quickly that a lot of their products are not namebrand products but off name products..... but I thought well I'll give them the benefit of the doubt let me go ahead and walk. As I went through the store I realize that no they didn't have very many namebrand products but I Picked up a few things and headed up to the register. I got to the register and of course because of social distance thing I had to stand back 6 feet and that's OK. I thought as I watched the cashier do the man's groceries in front of me .....wow....she's really good at ringing because of how fast she appeared to be putting them into the bag... I thought! But upon getting up closer when it was my turn.... I said hello .....and the girl said very abruptly..... I need your cart.... I said oh excuse me OK... I said this is my first time here so I'm not sure how things work... Surprise... My groceries were simply laid in my cart....No bag... Surprise... The girl at the register was sitting on a stool and so I said to her.... oh wow .....you get to sit down and she looked at me .....no smile ....and said.... yes ....but I have to turn a lot...I looked at my husband and he kind of whispered ....no bag....I shrugged my shoulders and said let's get out of here. I don't believe that this is the kind of grocery store that I will be returning to. Also, I didn't think the prices were really that great and so my conclusion is that I would rather go to Kroger and pay possibly a little bit more because I feel like it would be well worth it. At least some of their cashiers smile! read more

I noticed several changes since this review and complaints to corporate. The customer service has greatly improved. I almost died when one of the girls I complained about offered to put my few items in my bag. Keep up the customer service improvements. Now please make sure the dairy is not expired. This is still and issue and have had sour milk that wasn't past it's due date. I will not buy milk again from there as I am worried the temperatures are not up to standards. read more

I was so disappointed with my recent trip. Not one, but two employees checked out two different customers without masks and without mentioning it to the either customer. I understand the uncomfortable nature of the conversation, but we all must follow the rules that have been laid out for us. What is the point of having signage stating masks are required if you're not going to enforce it. read more

I was at Aldi's with 2 small kids, at the register i decided not to buy something. I nicely asked the lady who was the only cashier there that i don't want it. She said next time when you decide to do it go back and put it back ... i was literally shocked never going back again sorry Aldi you lost a customer. read more
