The sizing of meat is often a single item (e.g., one steak) - so it is a good place to stock up the freezer if you're cooking for one or two people. Relatively pricey - but also high quality.

I purchased Canadian bacon (amazing), eggs, merlot steak, chicken breast (have not yet tried but will report back). I was honestly apprehensive about the meat being frozen, but I believe that they are flash freezing at it's freshest because the meat was the best I've had in a very long time. Who knows how long the refrigerated has been sitting around anyway... I used to pass the actual farm in Renfrew all the time and always loved watching how happy their cows were, roaming around free range on very tidy pasture. You can absolutely taste the difference in their meat! Happy well taken care of cows = delicious beef. Period. Chelsea was in the shop and she was so helpful and kind. What they carry: Every cut of steak! From the ubiquitous rib eye to the obscure; merlot or Denver anyone? Canadian bacon Ground beef Meat sticks Various meat sausages Locally made Soap Seasonings BBQ sauce Honey Butter I believe there was milk as well (Memory fails me now but there was more!) I asked about future provisions and they do plan on expanding into produce which honestly would be incredible. **Potatoes keep SO well and go great with a steak ;) I hope that one day they will be a full fledged little market which I have always wanted in this area! We have so many incredible farmers here in Butler county! I wish them much success! One more thing... prices are fantastic!!

Mr. Marburger, you make a fine egg nog, sir. We had some of it last night at a small dinner party…read more It was the first time I recall ever having the 'nog, and what it didn't taste like was Pepto Bismol. It coated my tongue and stomach with a creamy, mildly spicy goodness. My long-gone maternal grandfather reportedly made his own from scratch and would caramelize each serving via a red hot fire poker. Pap-Pap was medieval and insane like that. I never tried his, but hopefully it tasted like Marburger egg nog. It lived up to the years of hype put forth from Bob Logue, a retired area late-night radio host who was on KDKA 1020 AM for many years. I want to put it in an ice cream maker, if I ever get one. I wanted to try the hot poker thing myself with your egg nog last night but got chased out of my girlfriend's brother's house with a fire extinguisher. Someday, someday...

Hard to judge them completely during Covid as a lot of their fresh offerings were nonexistent for safety reasons. They had an interesting MTO menu, but their user interface on the ordering screen was HORRIBLE. Some upgrades are absolutely needed so you can tell what you are actually ordering. I tried the sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel - and it was okay. It was a big sandwich, but nothing really stood out about it. The egg was cut into a large square which seems counter to the natural aspect.
